i think you have the chords and individual sequences of notes down but it sounds like some of chords aren't inverted correctly. im a music geek though so nobody else can probably hear it -.-

if you're referring to the couple of incorrect notes, then you are right. as for the actual chords being played, they are correct. i'm a music education major and am trained to hear these things.

the chords may have sounded incorrect because of the couple of wrong notes i hit. but those were simply accidents.

no Im saying the actual chords are right, but the arrangement of the notes within some (only like, 4) of the chords could be rearranged to better fit the voicing for each part (SATB) . For example (not in this actual song, just in general); In the key of C if you move from the tonic chord in root position to the submediant, it will sound correct, and be perfectly fine in any case, but perhaps if inverted to the figured bass 6/3 with the pedal tone on C, a more unique sound will be emitted;
