The fastest thing humans have created is the voyager probe launched in 1977 and currently goes about 35,500mph and HAS NOT even exited our solar system yet and its been 34 years, voyager can travel 306,720,000 million miles a year, the closest star to our solar system " Proxima Centauri" is 4.2 LY away it would take voyager 163,015,127,803,860,198,226,395,409,494 YEARS just to reach this star
NOT only to mention that this star with its own solar system MIGHT not even contain life like ours. Note, the sun is soppose to be turn into a red giant in approximately 7 billion years that will be large enough to consume earth, Voyager wouldent even have reached the nearest star in that amount of time NOT EVEN CLOSE! So untill we humans can personally travel at the speed of light we are hopeless. There are millions more stars in our galaxy and billions more galaxys. Were still FAR behind!!!!!

Our universe is so...BEAUTIFUL, I am an 11 year old boy interested in astronomy and I would love to see these sights like nebulas, galaxies and stars. I saw the Andromeda galaxy, Jupitar, Saturn, a small glimpse ofuranus, and the moon... then my telescope broke :( lol I'm getting a new one soon to continue my hobby in astronomy. :)
