I'd rather work my ass off to at least make albums rather than getting big only for the money...i wouldnt want to let my fans down like that. It isn't worth the risk.

Just change yourself and you'll get more fans.' It's a subtle process of influence. Pretty toxic for a good band too. I'm guessing no band really 'sells out' intentionally.

They like to experiment with styles and yes they have to make the fans happy but overall they have to be happy playing the music, so what musicians think is more importants than the fans say, itd be like being in a marriage to make other people happy. it shouldnt happen. Most bands do not change for money; they change because they want to pursure a different sound. but yes sorry if im mean :3
