  • nice

  • Whats the weight of those big rocks?

  • @PrevalentDisease I really dont know. But I know forsure that you can put as many rocks as you want in a fish tank because these tanks are built to last.

  • Very nice tank and good assortment of fishies =) I have always liked Mbunas.

  • nice tank....beautiful setup

  • Oh whats the music called?

  • would you recomend that filter? thinkijng of getting it for my 60 gallon hex tank

  • is this the same tank you were posting about recently on Cichlid-forum? I'd be really interested to see an updated video with the newly added demasoni if so :) Great tank btw

  • Yes, this is the same tank that I posted on Cichlid forum. For my newest video of this tank please look in my channel for the video with the tittle "Mbuna all out! It's finished! or is it?" The video is not how my tank look like now but it has the demasoni in it (demasoni a lot bigger now). Thanks

  • Nice Tank buddy!

  • Your tank looks really great.

  • How many watts of light do you have?

I have sand like yours, and its only white like that about a day after vacuuming, then it turns green from algae the rest of the week.

My question - how do you keep it so white? do the mbuna eat it?

  • I think my light is 40W. Every Saturday I would do a 40% water change and during the water change I would use my fingers and stir up the sand.

    Check out my newest Video!

  • Ok, thanks. Yeah, i have more watts per gallon than you, so that makes sense.

    Awesome tank by the way!

  • wow awesome tank and like the rocks!! but how do you clean underneath and in between the rocks?? thanxs

  • i only clean under the rocks and clean teh rocks themself once a month (when i take out the rocks to catch out holding females). i usually just clean around it.

  • beautifull (labidochrimis?) setup, they look very alive and happy!

  • yes they are labidochrimis

  • Looks really awesome. I love biotopes like yours. where'd you get those rocks and sand though? it looks intense!

  • thank you! i got my rocks at a landscape store. they are called "Lace Rock" and i got my sand from lowes, it is called "Silica Sand"
