I knew this trick about 30 years ago. It takes a little time and done card set up, but it's cool to do. Bill makes a great presentation out of it and that really makes the trick.
Bill is first class ! A true entertainer with exceptional skills. I remember seeing him as a little kid at Lil Bit o Magic in Chicago. In the end, they did not have to pay to see this magician perform, so even though (and if) they don't get cash, they are being repaid.
The cheer fact that he's "shuffling" the cards infront of the audience and reversing the cuts are enough to make this one a classic. Great trick and one you can't get tired of watching.

How does he shuffle and handle the cards so effortlessly? When I try to do the dovetail/table shuffle, the bottom cards get all out of place and stuck next to each other and they get stuck and are it is hard to square them up (it takes like 5 to 6 seconds to square up total probably). However when people like Malone and Jay do it, they push the cards together so quickly and square them up so fast. Why is this? Their amazing.
Bill Malone rocks!!! If you like story type of effects like this one, I found another one called, "Rise of the Joker". This guy did not have an audience and I thought he just did awesome with the effect.
yey i made a way to do this so that the audience may cut the deck as many times as they wish and finish the cut (so I can't hold a break) as many time as they want.

And while it does require skill, the real talent is in making those people happy. FYI, Happy People equals a Happy Life and a healthy bank balance for the Magician.
I just learned that trick, but it is soooo kewl... its really hard to get the scripture together and get the false cuts tho... but its soo great.. nobody can do that trick like Bill Malone.. especially with the input of comedy..

The spectator cuts aren't actually that difficult. If you can see, after a spectator cuts the pack, he uses 1 hand and undoes the cut. James Galea does his version of this trick a lot better though. 673 King St, look him up ;)
of course that part is easy, my question is, how does he uncut the cards after the audience, some say u leave the deck partly open with ur hands, but u can see hes not touching them at all after he puts them firmly back together

The spectator cuts aren't actually that difficult. If you can see, after a spectator cuts the pack, he uses 1 hand and undoes the cut. James Galea does his version of this trick a lot better though. 673 King St, look him up ;)

of course that part is easy, my question is, how does he uncut the cards after the audience, some say u leave the deck partly open with ur hands, but u can see hes not touching them at all after he puts them firmly back together
