Alexander the Great put 250000 BOOTS on the ground and he didn't successfuly occupy Afghanistan. The Soviet Union the samething, and did I mention the British.
The whole NATO forces couldn't defeat TALIBAN who are not even orginized army and they (NATO)defeated 'HITLER" and his entire army for less than 4 years. Actually the US, Russia, and the UK alone defeated Hitler. so egyptahly, why don't you go and die for your country..Since this war took longer than WW2?
in my opinion, the counter-insurgency in Middle East is not a war but rather policing the concept of what is right and wrong, am just saying though....
i got a bad feeling that this might backfire on the USA
