GreenMountainWolf, Wow. I am hoping that you are simply arguing because you disagree with your perceived belief on my ideology. Beyond that your reasoning seems flawed. Do you really believe that in order for something wrong to happen or a crime to be committed there can be no one around who is not directly involved? Do you really believe that no crime has occurred if no one realizes what happened? Do you generally stare at everyone in a room and carefully watch exactly what they do?

(Continues) If a go into your home and 2 sheets of paper from your desk, will you notice it right away? In the video when Mr. Molnar returns he is not rummaging through stack of papers checking for the existence of all papers. Why would he? Do you count all your items in your possession when leaving them and returning to make sure they all are there? What a sad paranoid life that would be.

I believe you are arguing on this simply to counter my opinion. If not I would like to hear explanation.

Kavulla caught steeling documents on camera. Is that an honest? Does Mike Dennison or jadam984 plan to report on that transgression? It happened live on the video in the conference room the same day the video here was shot. Start watching about 1 hour 17 minutes into the video and watch Travis do just that when he had no idea he was on camera. How about fair reporting now?

More like EVERYONE is thankful you are not the judge. Your claim about no idea of the camera seems disingenuous due to the fact that someone else was still in the room. If the individual you are talking about was really trying to do something, they would not have done it with a witness right there. The fact that molner said nothing about the paper would indicate your claims to be false in the matter and would seem you have a vendetta of trying to smear the individual.

Does it really matter who video taped it? What really matters here is what an ass Mr. Molnar continues to be and what an embarrassment he his to the state of Montana. Step aside Mr. Molnar.

TheMontanaCitizen, there was no "secret" involved in filming this - it was done by a reporter, and both Kavulla and Molnar knew that they were being "covered" by several reporters throughout the day.

This entire episode transpired in front of news reporters during a recess of the PSC meeting. I simply grabbed my phone and began recording. Neither I nor the other reporter, Mike Dennison of Lee Newspapers, had any idea this was going to happen. I was not "filming in secret" as the previous commenter suggested. I simply did what reporters do, which is record and report.

Wow. Looks like Kavulla was involved in filming this or a willing party. Watch his face, grin and eye contact with the peson filming it in secret. This is politics at its worst. Thanks for showing us a glimpse of the politcal gaming that Kavulla is capable of and willing to use to further his agenda. People of his district take note and see the character of who you elected. Did you want someone to represent you or to play political games and be smarmy? Peraps you picked the wrong person person.
