  • thank for the advice good video

  • this guy.. is an idiot...

  • Not helpful at all. You should know the names of the items you are working with if you are competent.

  • 2 words. Staple Gun, speaking from experience here

  • very nice.....

  • 9:42

    YEAH

  • wow i didn't know that he was so intelegent that he ahd to show all of us how to take out screws wow amazing duuuh

  • theres somethin eerie about this video

  • Y does he keep staring at the camera after speaking it's fukin weird

  • thx darbone

  • thanks, good video. could have used more instruction on removing the light, but I could use more instruction in lots of things. thanks again, I'm trying it tomorrow.

  • Obama sticker.....makes me sick

  • this guy is fucked up lol,. note to self don't huff spray adhesive.

  • lol @ 8:55

  • Good idea on not removing the seat belt screws, those things are a nightmare!

  • useless video

  • WTF, you don't show how to lay-out the the headliner material? 9 mins of you stroking a can of adhesive?

  • thank you! very helpful

  • how can i remove the clips? for ford ranger.

  • good job thanks for your video

  • how do u take out the headline from a car? do u remove back window?

  • pretty good tutorial

im getting some designer coach fabric and some tin foam and doing this, im probly gonna need more glue though

  • Very instructive, thank you for taking the time to make this video. Dude you saved me $150

  • very instructive but boring....

  • this guys a gOOn

  • I have an 08' Jeep Liberty with the sun roof..could you install one of those headliners? also is it possible to match the factory fabric??

  • last 5 seconds ftw

  • ya! go jeep!

  • You basically made a bollocks of it... haha.. You should edit for discovery channel lots of talk and no action..

  • lol 6:54

  • LMAO bless you !!! ahahaha

  • Decent video. This helps me out some as i'm geting ready to replace my sunroof. Gordo. I don't see anywhere here that he claims to be a professional.

  • Thanks that helped allot.

  • I think I'm getting sick from the foam dust I've been trying to sand off of the headliner board. What a pain. I was going to wear a dust mask but I hafta cut a small hole for my cigarette. Anyways, can't wait til I get it back together.

  • this video is great lol

  • When he sneezed I started laughing pretty hard.

  • use some of that 3m glue for ur hair, an learn how to say correct parts if ur makin a how to video,

  • LMAO!!!!!

  • @ironworksfree what did he say that was not correct?

  • I see a Cummins in the background with a banks power decal. He knows what he's doing.

  • i am sure that by now your headline has come apart from the shell, since anyone who is a real trimmer/upholsterer knows that 3m adhesive does not work . also, those little things that you use for the hex screws are called allen wrenches and the "things" that hold the shell are called mouldings. PLEASE! not every pro trimmer is like this guy who does not have the right tools and has no idea of what he is talking about! this should be called the MICKEY MOUSE WAY OF REPLACING YOUR HEADLINER

  • instead of saying marry then explain yourself, why not say...PUT THE FUCKING NEW LINER ON THE CASING

  • looks like a dumb ass

  • how did did u place the foam onto the headliner? one second u were spraying the other second it was on the ceiling!! Everything else is in great detail, but not the most important part. 3.5 stars.

  • Lets just class action sue the industry for being aholes and making this happen.Headliners are obviously planned to fail.

  • Agreed.

  • NOTE TO SELF .. shake can every 5 seconds to refill it ..lol

  • Hey bro...My celing rattles b/c of my woofer in the back of my truck. I want to replace my headliner, so how do i soundproof the headliner so it wont rattle?

  • the way to sound proof your headliner .. is when you take it out .. leave it out..lol.. just kidding ... my opinion what i would do is add an extra peice of foam so that it is tighter and more sound absorbent when reinstalled..ps.. not my video

  • Dynamat ftw!

  • FUCKIN' CRACKLIN! wHATthefUck!!

  • THIS GUY CAN REALLY GET A JOB AT GM

  • Still holding up great...good luck

  • ok....seriously??? dont listen to him..... he has NO idea what he's doing.... dont use 3m. unless you want it to fall down within a year. I use professional glue through a siphon feed glue gun. you have to make sure to spray the headliner and the material.... if you dont wait long enough for the glue to tack it will cause bleed throughs on your material.... fold the material in half starting in the middle and rolling it out. It isnt hard, but this guy is very misinformed

  • Do you know a good video or website that has good instructions? Cause I have the fabric and just need to know how to actually glue it on, the right way.

  • lol....i gotta get me an "oh shit" bar for my car.....old one broke

  • good vid, but could have showed how you install the headliner material onto the shell. Tools and process.

    Good stage presence

  • gst69man....good stage presence?????? seriously did you say that

  • Im doing mine right now in my cherokee. And I was wondering if that glue you used is still holing up for you. I was going to roll on cotact cement but if I can use the spray I would.

  • So how do you married the fabric to the shell, dumb ass.

  • Dembel, it's headliner, not fabric, use adhesive.

86Pacer, I wish I knew, this one had a few depressions from where I pressed too hard. Caution!

  • Awesome, thanks for the spray adhesive tips, I used a 3M "40" spray adhesive and the headliner fell down, I am goind to try some 80 or 90 and see what happens

  • Nice language Dembel! Is that how you walk through life?

  • @Dembel97 Use common sense, you fucking mark.

  • I just did mine. When installing one of the clothes hooks, my pillips screwdriver slipped off the head and poked the headliner. It left a small depression but did not penetrate. Any way to fix that without redoing everything again? Thanks.

  • This was really good - thank you for posting it.

  • what a dumb shit

  • ure hott!

  • Looks like you sprayed that Adhessive in your hair..

  • I should have to slick up the hat hair. Although I recommend Hair Glue by Schwartzkopf.

  • How To Install or Repair Headliner.

for a mercury comet or maverick 71.

if you know the answer, thank you very much.

  • Sorry, I had a Buick Skylark changed out but we didn't film...my apologies.

  • @pezesfish same as any other car. pulling out the stock headliner can give u an idea. you can buy the fabric and do it, cut it and fit it yourself

  • My Chevy truck has a sagging felt headliner. You just showed me how to replace the fabric. Thanks for posting your experience with fixing the headliner. It may take more work to film but others like me have benefited.

  • This video was actually informative and hilarious!

  • You cut out the holes after laying it on, sorry for the late reply.

  • excuse me, or* not are

  • This was very informative, except I do have a question. Do you lay the headliner onto the shell and then cut out holes, are do you buy the headliner specifically for your vehicle with the holes precut? I fully intend to do this to my car.

  • that handle he is playin with at 3:25 its call the O SHIT HANDLE

  • after watching this, I realized cutting the roof off my Jeep was not the first step
