So complex a piece for a young man, already haunting in melody and the raw voice without all the studio polish is just amazing. Since his songs were often so much a part of his life, perhaps the love that tortured him so was an actress? I guess he always lived a life vascillating from joy and despair, but left an astonishing volume of works. Thanks for posting.
