I just saw something on Boston's website that included an all-female group or groups. I didn't look into it too far, but I'm assuming an all-female group would have trouble in modern DCI. The big-wigs are... well macho, and money crazy. The former being the more important here, anything that doesn't scream balls will have some trouble. Those kind of groups I think are usually "troupes" and have just as much success in their world as the Cavaliers do in this one. I do feel bad for the Scouts...
