Just for the record........

pitchers in house league bantam ( 14-15 years old) can pitch 75 MPH.

65 MPH isnt bad for practice, but 45MPH is mighty slow unless your in tyke(10-11) or Peewee(12-13)

@james44121 not really i just turned 14 and i go in the fastest cage which is 80mph about. it really isnt that hard to hit coz each pitch is in the same spot and exact speed
