Hey Scott, I started taking Amino X, and so far it has been awesome! But I was reading the label and saw the amount of vitamin D in one serving. After seeing that I started looking up information on to much vitamin D, and came across vitamin D toxicity. Is that the reason the bottle says after 12 weeks of taking it, to stop using it for 4 weeks? So to body can detox itself or something of that nature? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
