I bought this a month ago and it is FUCKING AWESOME!! The video is superb BUT!!!!!!!!!!!! the sound is such shit compared to this youtube clip. Can someone tell me how it is that the youtube can sound wonderful but the source CD/DVD sound is so utter unlistenable? Even though the sound is so bad, the rest is so brilliant that this ranks as one of my favorite DVD's of all time.

the reasons I like Therion, they're kinda personal.. but if you want to listen, first of all I like orchestra sound(so I also like other symphonic metal band like Nightwish or Epica) and Therion uses orchestra richly enough. and I also like myth, legend or such queer stories and Therion usually uses such stories to write their lyrics, so their songs contain many interesting stories. that's why I listen to them:-D

pero incluir en canciones tan epicas como to mega therion esas voces ridiculas que solo se traducen en gritos y ruido sin sentido que opacan un gran himno del metal. Tambien he visto la banda en mi pais un par de veces y la verdad no me parece el acto mas grande envivo que haya visto como muchos lo comentan. Therion hace musica excelente y fantastica y ha grabado algunos de los discos mas grandes de la historia de la musica, pero en vivo... prefiero seguir escuchando los albums de estudio.

En fin therion nunca ha sido capaz de sostener una alineacion digna de la musica que realiza en estudio. me quedo con los trabajos de estudio que con los albums en vivo puesto que en los que he escuchado a pesar de muy buenas cosas a la banda le falta mucho. Destaco la postura en escena y el intento de darle mejor ambiente a la musica. no niego que hay musicos buenos y las voces son muy buenas...

despues de ver el dvd un par de veces he de reconocer que hay momentos muy buenos que traen buenos recuerdos, pero la verdad no me perecio tan bueno. En varias de las canciones, quizas algunas de las mejores, solo se escucha una griteria espantosa y voces sin sentido que hacen que se pierda el alma de los temas, por ejemplo en To Megatherion las voces son horribles!, y ni que decir de Thor, la cancion es monumental cuando se escucha en el album, pero cuando este tipo la canta es deprimente.

i bought this dvd today and let me tell u it's great. Tori, Snowy & company performing with some outstanding vocals, the only thing that is really fucked up is the lack of extras on the dvd (just a video of a drum solo from another view) and in some parts the lighting was pointing at the camera, and you can't see very well the band wich really sucks . . a lot
