Yeah it happened to me in pokemon light platinum look at the glitches:

When you go to azalea town with kaohri when the little guy on a house ask you "do you like fire pokemon?" and you say no the game becomes all colors

when you get to ecruteak city and go all the way to the right you will get traped

and final:when you get to surf and a tentacruel appears you get randomly in the old man body O_o
