There's only 100 of them for 3000+ students and the school costs over $30,000 a semester. Where does all that money go? Greedy faculty. It's a scam.

there's like 30 more for other instruments next to the cafe and there's like 150 PIANO practice rooms. The real crime is the alto sax players that refuse to play somewhere else

That's one of them - there are empty ones like that, drum practice rooms, ensemble practice rooms, piano, keyboard - there may not be many but to be fair Berklee is slap bang in the middle of the city and has a hard time finding new buildings in the midst of the Back Bay area ...
