@pettymolly i don't have a problem with soldiers being friendly. i have a problem with people who assume things instead of having pure knowledge. the fence is there, just like on any military outpost, to keep soldiers in and civilians out. do you know how much trouble the soldiers would get into if they let a whole bunch of little kids onto the military base? that's why they aren't letting the kids in. so, kids being outside a fence, doesn't prove anything.
