The farm was in Westminster, Maryland, not New Jersey. The old dude obviously doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. That and Alger Hiss was guilty! I don't know why they could never bring themselves to admit that. The liberal Democrat Allen Weinstein wrote a book called "PERJURY" that laid out the case against Hiss decades after it was all over.

@titans0002 He's right. Hiss was not only guilty, he was very guilty. The Venona papers shows this and those in the former USSR confirm it. Hiss denied it to the end. Nixon knew ahead of time, so he gave Hiss enough rope to hang himself. The difficulty, much like McCarthy, is that he was correct, but just wasn't PC enough. He couldn't shake hands, he was awkward. It is a miracle Nixon ever became president. On paper, he should never have made it.
