@HeadbangMushroom: quite possible. alot of companies are seeing the f2p model as being more profitable, especially for the economic times. free players give payers an audience to play with(empty server = boring) and cash shops allow players to pick and choose what features they want. A good amount of people end up spending more in the cash shops than a subscription as well, believe it or not.

the free is like a 3rd of the classes to chose from, some quest you can't do.

theres premium where you can pay for it per month like old times, and then you can buy "funcom points" where you can buy some things to get out of the prison.

But I found no way ingame to work for "funcom points", thats why I call it imprisoned.

unlike dungeon and dragons online, you can get alike points by completing quest. a "true" free game

guardian (very low dmg even at high lvl) , demo (good dmg I guess but die very fast), and barbarian it should be the main class but u will get disapointed ... this are the free classes , the cool classes like assassin u need to pay for premium 14 euros a month
