  • @dls551 you obviously don't have a de la salle education because if you didnt recruit in the first place mjd would've most likely would've went to Antioch high. Yes people go to de la salle but it's only for athletic greatness not academics.

  • @dls

  • Damn we just moved up to a bigger league and were gonna be playing them next year

  • so what if they recruit there not the only one my friend got recruited there for bball and football lol

  • @dls551 have you even been to DLS? They do recruit. They had one guy from DLS come down after one of our youth football games and basically recruited our Runningback. They can also give scholarships. They Mostly recurit for football thought.

  • @DLSxNikeQB yeah i play for dls.. and y the fuck would they need to recruit? every kid thats good at football in the area wants to go there. dls doesnt go to the kids, the kids come to dls bc they wanna be part of the tradition

  • @DLSxNikeQB i play for dls.. y the fuck would they recruit? they dont need to. kids come to dls bc they wanna play for the best athletic program in the nation. y would we need to recruit at all?

  • cant stand dls

  • really? they recruit? Lucas dunne- starting running back was 5'7 175 pounds and he was white...hell of a job their doing recruiting

  • @dls551 I never said Dunne was or was not recruited but private schools can give free admission to athletes I don't see how you can deny that, just because they didn't want you nearly as much as other promising athletes. My only problem with dls is the fact they are the only private school in their league.

  • @SFGiantsforever yeah its called financial aid and it is totally legal so dont talk about them recruiting when u dont know shit... i know it is not fair that they are in EBAL league bc they are 10X more talented then any of those teams but thts just the way it is so dont hate

  • Valley Christian in nearby Dublin,CA WILL SOON/ eventually take on De La Salle, and Valley Christian is only a 3 year program. Coach John Parrella and the coaching staff are great coaches. De La Salle is a great team with a great reputation for being great; so is Valley Christian minus the history/reputation. Remember its not recruiting if parents are asking the coaches questions, and the parent falls in love with the school and what it represents. Go Brotherhood

  • its true they do recruit.....definitely not a bad or negative thing (dont get mad at me, its not gonna do anything). all i kno is de la salle and many other high schools recruit

    bellarmine and serra do not.

  • Private schools do recruit. I also know people who have been recruited by them, I don't know why you are tripping balls about it, you just have to know how private high schools work.

  • I GO TO DE LA SALLE IN NEW ZEALAND......WE LIKE TOO PLAY RUGBY RATHER THAN FOOTBALL.......GOOD JOB SPARTANS

  • Do you really thing they have to ask kids to play for them? "Hi, I coach at De La Salle." That's all a kid has to hear and he is wishing and hoping.

  • *cough*they recruit*cough*

  • @SFGiantsforever prove it

  • @SFGiantsforever yeah right I was a huge recruit. I weighed 5'10 and weighed 225 and played offensive guard for de la salle Practically nobody from our teams make it to college football programs. Most nationally renown hs football teams have lineman 275+ on average. You dont know what you are taking about.

  • @SFGiantsforever really? they recruit? last year their starting running back lucas dunne was 5'7 175 pounds and he was white... hell of a job their doing recruiting

  • @dls551 ya nd hes raw height weight and race doesnt matter if ur raw

  • @123456789i0ns it does when it comes to recruiting.. who wants to recruit a 5'6 175 pound white kid with average speed?.. no one does!

  • @dls551 sure on paper it looks bad. then u watch gamefilm on him and see him running people over and breaking off TD runs left and right....

  • @123456789i0ns yeah and the reason he is a beast on the field is because he goes through the dls program and gets big and strong..the program gets the best out of u as an athlete, at no other high school would he be that good.. no one would recruit him straight out of middle school.. besides, dls doesnt need to recruit, bc kids already wanna go there

  • @123456789i0ns ur a dumbass, do u even know what recruiting is, and what scouts look for in a recruit???

  • @dls551 never said the dls program doesnt produce athletes. nd i kno that performing on the field is more important then how tall or what ur weight is ie: drew brees they said he was to short nd now hes gonna break the passing record

  • @123456789i0ns u dont make any sense.. i was right u were wrong

  • @dls551 u said that lucas dunne is a bad recruit because of his height and weight. so i gave u an example of a "bad recruit" in drew brees who was critized for being to short and now hes going to break the NFLs passing record. so it doesnt matter how tall or hoe much u weigh. i put it a simple as i could. u following now?

  • @123456789i0ns yeah but heres the problem with wat ur saying.. I know lucas is a beast and Drew brees is one of the best in the game, but my point is that when ppl say we recruit it is bull shit because we dont recruit.. kids wanna go to dls anyway bc they r so good at football so we dont need to recruit, kids come to us

  • @dls551 o ya i kno that. i never said they recruited. i go to terra nova and start at mlb and slot and i am in awe of the way the do things. i wish i lived in concord or a football town so i could go to a school like dls
