I've seen a few questions in comments, so here's some clarification

Storm of Armadyl: Requires one Armadyl rune. The runes are able to be bought from the G.E. or crafted with 72 rc. Made at the Air altar with Pure essence and Dust of Armadyl (made by grinding up Shards of Armadyl with a pestle and mortar - dropped by Glacros)

Quest to use: Ritual of the Mahjarrat

This guy's pwnage level with the spell: over 9000

Just a few more agility levels... ^^;
