@blackdeath727 car was coming head on into traffic and was hit by an 18 wheeler. It's hard to see, but you can see the headlights if you look up ahead of the van that's pulled over.
funny the call for the possible DUI cam out as it happened... I love when drunks kill themselves and no one else.. to those who drink and ultimately drive... watch this..
@lostintheapplasauce I was meaning that thankfully she didn't take anyone else with her because of her stupid mistake but also my mom doesnt drink and drive :P
All drunk drivers need to be stripped of their license permanently, jailed for 20 years minimum, and their car donated to some charity organization that can sell it for scrap. Everyone knows about what drunk driving does by now, no one deserves a second chance at it anymore. And if they kill someone, charge them with murder.
oh okay duh im slow i looked at the comments and than finally the description okay she wasnt the truck i thought it was the truck who got hit by the two gas tankers but now i see the headlights yeah it looked like the trucker actually ran over her. wow. even though it is completely her fault she wasnt heading out that night to die, well i guess some could say she was if she took that first drink but you know what i mean r.i.p
@DeltaFoxtrotWhiskey3 aww dont say that. you dont know me, really i had this discussion so many times with my friends, fam, anyone & i really hate drunk drivers as well. I agree they know that it is bad, we hear it everyday in the news.But she still was someones daughter, niece, maybe mom, sister, cousin, aunt & friend. i feel bad for her family & what their going through so for you & everyone to just say "good riddance" think about the fam.My feelings is more towards them.
wow i had to rewind it to see it. i didnt even notice it i was looking at the van cause i thought it had to do with the van and im like okay i see him turn his blinkers on so thats means its gonna be a chase and she shoots him and that is the "fatal mistake" but wow it happened in the corner and the two big rigs swerved around him. thats unfortunate, some people never learn, such a shame.
Far too many drink drivers survive the crashes they cause while the innocents don.t I'm glad this one ended as it did: dead drunk and the victims with minor injuries.
i went to the bar tonight for the first time ever (just turned 21 two days ago), treated by my coworkers. i had one mild rum & coke, then called it and went home. they asked why, i said i didn't want to kill someone behind the wheel or get a DUI. the rest remained and continued drinking, all with their vehicles at the bar.
my coworkers are some of the wildest drunks i've ever met. yet, these guys drink & drive smashed almost DAILY.
tards who drink and drive deserve everything they get. as for wrongful cops...there is no good without evil so suck it up. stupid ppl reap what they sow its just sad that it can effect innocent ppl this girl made her choice and thankfully the results of her actions only cost some ppl money and not their lives.
how did the semi drivers way up in the sky and are suppossed to be paying attention not see the headlights coming towards them and come to a stop... oh they were probally rubernecking the car that got pulled over
@jdjas pick-up truck in front of semi is breaking into frame, it is possible the semi driver was looking to see what he was doing (you know switching lanes or whatever.) but it's still a fact that you weren't there and none of us really know what happend. and the morons on the wrong side, drunk. she got what was coming to her.
@superlaw911, ya and were the innocent wearing their seat belt, if not then their at fault to , if not then ya i agree , some times its idiots that dont wear their seat belt , killed, no matter if the guy were drunk they still are responsible enough to put their seat belt on ,
there have been times where i respond to car accidents that were caused by a drunk driver and they end up killing innocent people while surviving. its time like these where i wish i could pull out my firearm and just shoot them dead right there and then.
@SuperLaw911 ..killing w/ a motive is not serving Justice..that is just premeditated homicide.you are just as bad..so how are your actions ethically any more justifiable than that of the drunk driver? atleast they normally don't act on "premeditated" grounds? what actually worries me is that you are actually paid to walk around with that firearm! I'd be HORRIFIED to be the man that catches you on the wrong day and pulls your buttons!! GET HELP!! IF COPS BREAK THE LAW WHO ARREST THEM? cops?LMFAO
@EE9EER notice how i said "i wish", i didin't say that i would. i mean come on i know that would be wrong because it is not a real motive. perhaps i feel this way because i have had good freinds killed by drunk drivers in the past before i became a cop.
Lost a highschool class member this exact way, Stupid mexican bitch got drunk and went the wrong way on Dallas tollway, killing Kara Taylor on impact. Dont drink and drive.
Hopefully no one else was hurt when this sack of human debris wiped herself out of the gene pool. If only we could be sure she hadn't had a chance to breed...
to allow the ambulance/fire truck ample room to get into the scene to treat the victim(s). Also, this doesnt allow traffic to get right up on top of the accident. So, the "bacon" was in the right. Guess you didnt pass the police entrance test so now you have to watch real cops in action.
@deputy1978 Thank you very much for telling him. I love when I don't have to correct idiots because someone has already done it. Thanks man, and stay safe brother.
The title of this video is wrong. There is no mistake here, she chose to drink AND drive, she is a criminal and, thank God, nobody died but her. In a way, she deserved it. I don't understand this behavior, so childish and selfish. There are efficient ways and therapies to cure alcohol addictions so they don't deserve any pity, from me, at least.
@rugbytlse The mistake is in that of judgement. I agree, drunk driving is no accident. You have a point there, clearly and well argued, but the concept of mistake is misapplied. It was a mistake in her judgement to not see the consequences of driving while drunk, and therefore make the deliberate decision based on her impaired judgement.
Frankly, if she applied the rule of thumb (2 or more glasses of wine, and I'm not taking the 2 or more steps to my driver's door), she'd still be alive today.
@havinagoodtimefour20 there is a different between being young and fool around and play with your life and other's. How can one be so thoughtless? I've seen so many people dying because of alcohol I cannot stand it any more. I hate alcohol and the way alcohol companies do whatever is possible (legal or illegal) to force people to become addicted.
@Lilmissrockchick24 Sexist would imply that I believe in dominance of one over the other. I was simply making a comment as to the general thoght processes of all women. :-D Men also have plenty of weaknesses, but those are not the focus of this clip.
@Lilmissrockchick24 Lol. Well at least we both have a sense of humor. That's good to know. Thinking about how far that lady parked still makes me laugh.
Good. A dead idiot is off the road. Hope the other driver was ok. When I was 16, I was hit by a drunk driver who ran a 4-way stop sign (I had stopped & was pulling out). The truck was doing an estimated 60-70mph at impact. He hit me in the passenger side just behind the rear tire. Right on the gas cap on my 89 beretta. The acident crushed my full gastank, pushed my trunk over to the drivers side. the ends of my rear bumper were touching each other. I spin and struck a pole on the drivers side.
@CamaroAmx I suffered dislocated ribs, luckly nothing else. the drunk never stopped & was never caught. I was lucky my gastank didn't explode. Now 12 years later I have back problems cause of my ribs never healed properly and pop out of place every once in the while. I was only a 1/8 of a mile from home and my dad heard the wreck. Never drink and drive. If i was a sec. slower pulling out, i may not be here today. If I was a sec. faster i would of never been hit, but some one else could of been.
This is why DUI punishment should be much harsher, your first offense should be automatic year in jail and suspended license for 2 years then I bet a million dollars drunk driving accidents would decrease if people knew that they would face an automatic year in jail plus a 2 year license suspension
@bestposted This isn't the UK, Australia, or any of those countries where they drive on the left, dear, so the drunk is at fault, because she drove the wrong way.
However, if you mean that it's the drunk's fault, please rephrase, because ur comment could draw far worse attention than the first comment.
Check out Youtube user seansymons "DO NOT TEXT AND DRIVE" video for some realtime 18+ hand camming with an iPhone (which is probably almost as bad as texting while driving) and a drunk driver. He graduated to a dash cam afterwards. He's basically doing what I do, but I use a dash mount kit, not just a handheld camera.
@elsoda I believe that drunk drivers deserve what they get, but normally it's innocent victims that die and the drunk lives, it's just this time the drunk hit a Truck instead of some family on there way home
Good. One less drunk driver. I was almost killed by a drunk driver doing the same thing. I spent 4 months in the hospital and almost went bankrupt thanks to my insurance company.
@PursuitElectronics That's exactly what we are supposed to do so get a clue. You have to block traffic far enough from the accident to keep the next idiot driver from piling on. Now that it's a crime scene & a fatal - it has to be secured. Add in the fact that 2 semi tanker trucks carrying who knows what are involved and it's a tactical nightmare. Use your head before spouting off about police tactics or stick to evaluating your own job as meth cook.
wow, she moved her car a whole 20 feet. idiot. then the other cop in front of her stops like 300 feet away, so she stops there too. dumbasses. move closer.
I've lost two family members to drunk and/or idiot drivers, so I will often aggressively follow drunks and phone in their car make/model/year/color/plates and the driver's description and will follow them until the police get them. I have an insatiable disdain for drunk drivers.
I would, too, but I'm still waiting for a.50 cal, helmet mounted, laser designated hood turret. I don't like being tailed and surrounded by armored SWAT vehicles and blockaded by the ATF, so it needs to be masked as... I dunno, one of those Thule rooftop cargo boxes? :)
There's something about drunk driving vigilantism that just doesn't fly with the authorities.
@jephboy I've gotten 3 people arrested that way. I've never lost a loved one to a drunk driving accident but I feel like drunk drivers should be arrested for putting my life and the lives of others in danger. I'm sorry for your losses.
That would be true if they removed only themselves. The problem is most drunk drivers don't die. They take innocent people's lives and walk away, amazing, without any scratches in some cases.
My mobile phone has an HD camcorder function and a dash mount kit that converts it into a dash cam, so yes. I follow them and record them. It also does speakerphone with voice command so I can alert authorities.
It doesn't matter. If you're weaving all over lanes, you're driving recklessly and failing to maintain your lane, which is a crime in most jurisdictions in developed nations, it needs to be reported, because innocent people could be at risk. The cause could be drunk driving, texting, cell phone usage, sex, whatever. The result is the same. This is called a citizen's arrest and it's legal in most places.
@jephboy i hear you, my dad was almost killed in a roll over crash when a lady texting went through a red light and t-boned him, spun him around 180 degrees into a car in the turnlane and flipped him onto his side, which he slid on for another 300 meters. He sped up so that he wouldnt get t-boned in the passenger door, totaled our 1 month old minivand and the other 2 cars, lady had her liscence taken away and a heft fine given, no one was hurt
For the record, the AHOLE who killed my father-in-law went back to jail last month for DUI. He violated probaby and will get another 3-4 years probably, but who knows. He got out early last time on "good behavior". Then not even a year later, gets back in.
@jephboy thanks, the driver wasnt drunk or high, she was texting and ran the red, and it was only my dad in the van, im glad i wasnt or the rest of my family
Yeah. Drunk/distracted drivers are a cause of a majority of the accidents on the road, whether it's from texting, rubbernecker, or checking out the hot chick and her friends. Drivers have a responsibility.
@mikewells64 That was really rude of you to say that to a police officer. What if someone said the same about you? Hmm I am wondering if how this police officer should feel if someone made an obscene remark about her in public.
never mind my comment about trucker cause after viewing it ten times I noticed there was a truck in front of trucker that change lanes last second! sucks hope everyone is okay and kinda glad drunk hit a trucker! people dont learn that drinking and driving is more stupid than any word can describe!

Bitch deserved to die. Glad no one else went with her.
68grncougar 9 months ago
@PursuitElectronics Well dude, they have to block traffic from reaching the wreckage, so he blocked the lane by stopping where the wreckage starts

wow, she moved her car a whole 20 feet. idiot. then the other cop in front of her stops like 300 feet away, so she stops there too. dumbasses. move closer.

It may sound cold, but I figure she got what she deserved. I just hope the truck driver, and his company, and their insurance figure it the same way.
DrFruikenstein 10 months ago
Well, she died, but the scratches can be buffed out.
philip21786 10 months ago
This crash could have been far worse. Imagine if those tanker trucks were full of fuel and they both exploded upon impact.

That doesn't even make sense.

I've lost two family members to drunk and/or idiot drivers, so I will often aggressively follow drunks and phone in their car make/model/year/color/plates and the driver's description and will follow them until the police get them. I have an insatiable disdain for drunk drivers.

@jephboy well, you do the right thing, those drunk drivers should never be on the streets, go ahead!!
cudakar 10 months ago
@jephboy your being nicer to them then i would be. i would pull out a .50 and blast them
fatkidincoat 10 months ago
@fatkidincoat
There's something about drunk driving vigilantism that just doesn't fly with the authorities.
jephboy 10 months ago
@jephboy thats how the big boys roll :) and i hate being tailed by flippen big truck.
fatkidincoat 10 months ago
@jephboy thats actually more dangerous to everyone else than just calling the police and telling them which direction they are going.
fuzzy1119 9 months ago
@jephboy I've gotten 3 people arrested that way. I've never lost a loved one to a drunk driving accident but I feel like drunk drivers should be arrested for putting my life and the lives of others in danger. I'm sorry for your losses.
PIchillin456 9 months ago
@jephboy Yes
I like it when drunk drivers remove themselves from the gene pool.
24preacherboy 8 months ago
@24preacherboy
That would be true if they removed only themselves. The problem is most drunk drivers don't die. They take innocent people's lives and walk away, amazing, without any scratches in some cases.

@jephboy So your following drunk drivers and using your mobile phone?

@BucktoothBob
My mobile phone has an HD camcorder function and a dash mount kit that converts it into a dash cam, so yes. I follow them and record them. It also does speakerphone with voice command so I can alert authorities.

@jonmarc1980

@CPWindsorsub
For the record, the AHOLE who killed my father-in-law went back to jail last month for DUI. He violated probaby and will get another 3-4 years probably, but who knows. He got out early last time on "good behavior". Then not even a year later, gets back in.

jephboy 6 months ago
@jephboy thanks, the driver wasnt drunk or high, she was texting and ran the red, and it was only my dad in the van, im glad i wasnt or the rest of my family
CPWindsorsub 6 months ago
@CPWindsorsub
Yeah. Drunk/distracted drivers are a cause of a majority of the accidents on the road, whether it's from texting, rubbernecker, or checking out the hot chick and her friends. Drivers have a responsibility.
jephboy 6 months ago
@jephboy ya, they cause almost all of the accidents for sure, the rest are just retards who just cant drive
CPWindsorsub 6 months ago
@jephboy yeah, my uncle did that to a drunk guy 2 years ago. The drunk guy pulled over, got out and shot my uncle 5 times in the head.
