  • Thing is, these students end up going back home. In the end, it's somewhat of an economic benefit for the U.S. in the short term, but in the long term, a big win for India and China.

But aside from the politics, it's nice being at university and meeting people all around the world. Gives you perspective.

  • Go to Toronto for diversity.

  • chickity chinaaa da chinesee chickeeeeeeeeeen !! Boooooooo

  • Indoctrination!

  • Goddamn Asians in the library!!! lmao j/p *RIP Alexandra Wallace*

  • hahahha dumb china ppl :)

  • The history of America creates an ambiguous view of the identity of Americans, because it is a nation built on diversity. The majority was the Native Americans and then it was the Europeans. There is only the minority and the majority in terms of ethnicity. A country like China on the other hand will have a determined race, but not for long, but it too will only be a matter of time until when diversity engulfs it. This happens mostly for developed countries.

  • smart people...

  • Interesting how one of the students said that going to college in the U.S. is harder than it is in China.

  • I'd get the hell outta China too

  • Don't buy that crap

  • There going to college here for practically nothing, part of the US governments hand job to China for lending them so much money.

  • @asasasasdasas And that has NOTHING to do with the children themselves... they are only the children of those corrupt people. Don't blame them for what they didn't do....

  • @playgrrrr Hey I know for a fact the CCP sends students who will follow what they are told from back home. They organise Pro CCP rallies like during the lead up to the olympics. They are spies they tell me themselves and the scary fucking thing is they don't think there is anything wrong with it. Ever wonder why the vast majority of the chinese students always hang around in groups more then other foreign students who mix.

  • @asasasasdasas : Well, how about that... seems like you have everything all figured out.

  • @asasasasdasas You are right. Unfortunately the kids who deserve it the most cannot afford these trips.

  • @frogger832 Yep, Socialist...communist my arse. I feel really bad for the vast majority of chinese who are hardworking folks who just want to be happy and free.

  • @asasasasdasas Check out on Youtube----(CHINA- 64 Million Vacant Condos)

  • @asasasasdasas

    You're rude!

  • @asasasasdasas if u say this for real thinking, but not paid for, I suggest you have a better username.

  • @asasasasdasas yea. but there smarter than american kids. america kids can't even read at the basic 2nd grade level.

  • @hojoleon Smarter??? Fuck off you racist piece of shit. Go back to sing songs for Mao. lol

  • @asasasasdasas -.-r u insane.

  • their so smart

  • Get used to this guys, when america collapses ur gonna see a lot more chinese on ur shores buying all the stuff up

  • Ya'll better quite down in the library lol kidding.

  • mmmmmm Asians

  • Thumbs up if you were surprised that the first Chinese guy had superbly fluent English (c'mon, you probably expected some silly Peter Chao accent)

  • @LemonBombProductions Chinese students tend to have excellent English education since the ones who are allowed to go to foreign schools are the best students.

  • @LemonBombProductions English is a difficult language (well, except for those who already speak other Western languages). Try to learn Mandarin to understand what I'm talking about.

  • Chinese Rich students.

  • what is stupid is we don't invite these students to stay and work in our country and pay taxes.. once they are done.. we force them to leave because the VISA rules make it impossible to hire non-US workers here..

  • Fuck this....cut this off, this is the same as outsourcing, brain drain....suck off the US educational system, taking a spot from Americans. Cut off China, Boycott their shit products too.

  • @apocolypse1022 lol 90% of your products are made from china even your ipod :P its too late to boycott, even the clothes your wearing are made from there.. even the computer your using is probably assembled in China

  • @apocolypse1022 They're not taking Americans "spots." We in this country are so fucking lazy to see the opportunities we have in our own backyard that we don't take advantage of it.

  • @apocolypse1022 plus your country needs the money as it is

  • @laubeatz Got Trillions of Chinese money already, and you aint gettin it back....

  • @apocolypse1022 It would be in the best interest of U.S. pay their amount.

  • @apocolypse1022 im Australian, I didn't ask for it back, nor does it belong to me.

  • I go to Indiana University. We have a lot of Koreans and Chinese students. Every other person seems to be from East Asia.

  • CHINESE STUDENTS PAID THEIR WAY TO COLLEGE.........

WHILE THE STINKY DISHONEST, THIEVES MEXICANS GOES RALLY AND DEMONSTRATE FOR A FREE ALL THE WAY COLLEGE CALLED 'DREAM ACT' GLAD CONGRESS TURNED THEM DOWN. MEXICANS ARE SUCKERS, THIEVES, ROBBERS, MURDERERS, RAPIST, KILLERS, WANTS COLLEGE FOR FREE !!! GO BACK TO MEXICO YOU BUNCH OF CRIMINALS !!!

  • @FHINNY Wow. That was unjustified. Ethnic Mexicans tend to face different social problems than ethnic Chinese, and antagonizing them because the government tries to mitigate those problems is pretty ludicrous.

  • @FHINNY As a MEXICAN, I have 2 bachelor's degrees, I teach, and I'm going to start my Masters soon. I paid for school myself while working full-time. You just made an ass of yourself. Do everyone a favor and go back to college and learn something about "ignorance." Puss cake.

  • @FHINNY well..the stinky dishonest white european settlers are thieves and murderers too. they took total advantage of native hospitality, wiped out their population and now pretend like america is theirs and only their country. LMAO.

  • I applaud Chinese culture in emphasizing education so much in their kids. I work with students every single day ranging from 5 to 18 years old and it always amazes me the level of respect that they give to teachers. Americans (Black, White, Hispanic, and whomever else) need to seize these opportunities we have in our own damn backyard and actually DO SOMETHING about it. Wake the fu** up America!

  • This report is inaccurate. Chinese and other foreign nationals can receive financial aid.

I know, I currently work in a University in Shanghai, a few students will be going abroad to American Universities, and will be sponsored by the Chinese Government, as well as receiving aid from the U.S. I don't know how this is possible, but they are considered lucky, and are the envy of other students going abroad. Good for them. A lot of American students just get drunk and fool around anyway.

  • Asian guys are sooo cute. :3 I wish my school had more.

  • 1:23

    the one on the left

    nice

  • Hide your BA/BSc/MA/MSc/PhD thesis... These fuckers are going to steal them and take them to China... :-\

  • I'm Chinese and i can tell you these "students" bring no real benefit.

Most of them will probably try and get PR and most of them still serve Chinese interests.

None of them will really integrate into American society. They will go to eat Chinese food, make friends with Chinese people, work in Chinese businesses, live in Chinese areas.

Contrary to popular belief most of them are not hard working at all.

  • @kingmafi6699 i.sometimes, it's hard for chinese to integrate & make non-chinese friends because in america, there exist american people who write them off(from their list of potential friends) based on silly things like their foreign accent. i seen this happen a lot myself. for eg. when i was in college some years back.during our class discussion, there was a asian student with a foreign accent. later, i overheard a blonde girl say "we're definitely not picking him" for our group project.

  • 98nafets be trollin...

  • @BigBrotherMateyka i was appalled as was this other person in the group..but the 2 blonde white girls were acting like they hadn't said anything scandalous. the poor asian student was sitting alone in class and joined our circle of group during class discussion. she just dismissed him based on his foreign accent. didn't want to deal with trying to understand his accent(not that it was even that strong- i could understand him quite fine). nyway, my point is don't judge, know the back story.

  • Chinese students in Asia, but common sense is being sent from China, there is interest.

I am worried about America. As I think there is wiggle Tibet

  • I saw a broadcast similar to this in AP, but they talked about Chinese students in high schools.

  • "make benefit to our country", reminds me of borat

  • get out....

  • US school system isnt really that hard ... but it is expensive.

  • Comment removed

  • we don't need anymore of there kind around here.........just playin' lol

  • Students in the USA are not any stupider than anywhere else; the problem is our government is stupider than anywhere else. It's forgotten the fact that allot of people are NOT college material; nor should they be taking on hundred of thousands in student loans to then turn around and saddle half a million mortgage.

  • ni hao

  • look at them, all loud i the library.

  • @TheEviIOyo lol is there a joke of the ucla girl ranting bout asians? if it is good one, if not then back off haha

  • If they come here to get an education, then make them stay to help build this country.

  • @98nafets If they were getting that education for free, your argument would be valid; in this case, it is not.

  • @BadMouton We let them come to this country, it's not like they have a right to our education.

  • @98nafets Yes they do, since we offer it to them in exchange for the profit Universities generate.

  • @98nafets why? hasnt the States received enough from the fees they pay? did u not HEAR the reporter. they contribute billions to the economy every year. If anything the States should be built by the lazy bums finding the time to comment shit on YT and no doubt claiming benefits. PEACE! oh BTW you can have the last word if it pleases u so much to do so....

  • @fomiz Why? Because we are the ones who still put most of the money to build these schools. Why should are money go to educate kids in foreign countries so that they could in turn go back and contribute to their economies instead of ours? We laid the foundation down, so why not reap the benefits? I don't begrudge these kids, I just think America should institute a policy that pushes these kids to stay here instead of going back home.

  • @98nafets Haha,ur answer elementary answer clearly tells me u kno nothin about current State immigration policy.A lot of exchange student would like to stay but cant due to the very fact, but lets assume we implement ur strategy to make it compulsary for them to stay State-side after graduation, how many xchange students would decline the offer & go else where to places like England? What effect do u think that would have on the billions of dollars in revenue.

  • @98nafets Not only that you stupid fucker, the Chinese built the rail-road system in America, do they now insist that we go overthere and help develop their infrastructure? Additionally, do you know how many excellent thesis are written by Chinese PhD students, after doing considerable research? All that information is retained my the US government you fool. Clearly you know nothing about academia or contribution to our society from foreigners. BE GONE CHILD! ! !

  • @98nafets One final point I failed to mention is that the Chinese invented paper. In addition to all the over points I mentioned can you answer whether the entire world now owes a debt to the Chinese for that invention? Going off your theory we should pay them back for their offering to our society. DUMBASS! ! !

  • @fomiz Wow! Your logic is pretty sad. Your ridiculous analogy would work if I said the U.S. invented college. I said the U.S. invested in these schools and thus the U.S. should get the benefit from these schools. Also, most of these international students do get aid. Whether from their home governments or even our government. I'm in school now and I know these people. You really think people in China are wealthy enough to send their kids to U.S. schools for $40,000 a year?

  • @98nafets wow..don't be ignorant..educate yourself.i went to an international school in India and we had students from so many different countries (China, India, the US, Nepal, Australia, Germany, Japan, S.Korea, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the UK, even Canada..you name it.)...and on graduation from high school, about 80% of the students applied to universities either in the US, the UK or Australia & guess what, their parents pay full tuition! no grant or aid from the govt at all!

  • @heomak Yeah, parts of India do have wealthy people. I am Indian. I know exactly what they do and how they game the system.

You think regular people in these countries could afford American tuition?

  • @98nafets regular middle class people could probably not afford the hefty tuition but nowadays, educational loans are becoming quite common in India...so that even middle class students can aspire to get a 4 year degree from western countries.

  • @heomak The 200 million people in the lower class in India live on the streets. My cousins are what constitute middle class there and they live in a tiny apartment. They can't even afford to visit us and you think they could afford to send kids to college? There are Americans who can't even afford that. How about India and China start investing in education instead of sending the rich or connected ones here? We need to stop letting these smart students go.

  • @98nafets yes, there are many middle class people who couldn't possibly afford to pay american university tuition much less visit america(particularly if they have large families-and therefore more mouths to feed)..i have a middle class friend..ok..maybe she'd be considered upper middle class.she's indian too.her father is a doctor & her mother is a homemaker but her father put all 4 of his kids through expensive international schools in India & now the 2 older kids study overseas. it's possible

  • @98nafets there are wealthy chinese too..you're acting like wealthy chinese people don't exist. go to shanghai or hong kong and watch the number of luxury end cars that constantly drive down the street. Not just wealthy chinese families but even wealthy families(from Asia-including India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East) send their children to western universities for higher education. in india, where i come from, it's a goal of most parents to save up for their kid's college tuition

  • @98nafets actually yes.. its not like the western society where we have such a large middle class.. its either your upper class or lower class.. the upper class families can afford to send their one child off overseas to study and pay the full tuition fees, i've lived with plenty of overseas students when i was staying away from home. China has very very wealthy people, so wealthy its disgusting sometimes..

  • @98nafets Stupid IGNORANT boy! You have no idea how wealthy some international students are.Agreed not all have the savings, some take out loans from their countries, others get sponsorship from their own government.Either way the money the use to pay the fees benefits the US government & the colleges they attend, not to mention the research they leave behind & multi-cultural vibe they add to the schooling environment.Did you not hear that in the report or are your ears faulty as well.

  • @98nafets That is contribution enough. Now according to you, they should now spend some of the working lifes in the States to as a way of showing gratitude for spending their money State-side. Haha. How long would that be exactly? YOUR logic is flawed from begin to end. I'm done with you.

  • @fomiz I didn't say they should stay as a way to show gratitude I'm saying America's policy should be to have them stay after graduation so at least we could benefit from their work Instead of letting China and India reap the benefit

And contrary to what this video states they usually don't add to the "multi-cultural vibe" most of these people hang out with other immigrants from the same country and never interact or mix with Americans I'm Indian and immigrant Indians dont even hang out with me

  • @98nafets I wouldnt want to hang out with you either.

  • @fomiz That's your retort? Well, based on your other answers, I should expect ad homenim attacks instead of substance.

  • @98nafets HAHA I aint keen or interested in going back and forth with you, fool! I've got better things to do. My following retorts to any of your replies will be ...FUCKOFF! ! !

  • @98nafets epitome? HAHA cool !...now FUCKOFF!

  • @98nafets That's dumb. The school IS reaping the benefits(the students pay good money for it..), and when they have good grades and have a good reputation, the school benefits even more(compared with letting in students who aren't as highly ranked etc). This is capitalism my friend, get used to it. Move to China if you don't like it. heh

And just so you know, Chinese immigrants also built your country(railroads etc, then went back home and YOU benefit). So they should also get their fair share.

  • @98nafets Your whole country was built and is CURRENTLY run on the back of immigrant/foreigner labor, so before you say you should not help/welcome foreigners and how they are taking over your country, maybe spare a thought for the native american indians who also had the same thoughts that you are currently having. You should also stop and think that your ancestors were also migrants(unless you're native american indian or a mexican living near the border etc, in which case i apologize).

  • @ex0duzz What is wrong with you? Read before you post. I said we should encourage these students to STAY in the U.S., I don't want them leaving.

  • NO big deal here , after all this is CHI-MERICA

  • @MrCrazy14eva Before that, it was indimerica and then it was euromerica. It is now euromerica still. Not chimerica yet. amirite?

  • Looks like she's wearing a Star Trek uniform... make her president NOW!

  • How many of them are sleeping CPC spies?

  • 1:22 pink shirt is cute

  • al jazeera going straight down the toilet

  • The Chinese are smart Yes very smart, but they LACK in creative thinking and """THINKING outside the box""", thats why they copy everything the genius minds of the Americans people, example Google, amazon everything on the Internet, military technology, music TV, and so on, the difference between a smart American and an smart Asian the Asian will always be boring to be around, with no """enthusiasm"""

  • @jason4275 OH, you forget the USA owes china billions

  • @jason4275

boring.. your dumbass is boring. Typical white, watch MTV, watch boring ass sports, eat mcdonald and fast foods... you call that fun? lol no thanks..... I rather have Asian friends... they take me out to eat exotic Asian foods, watch awesome non-American movies, enjoy Asian parties... not no boring ass fries and hamburger shiits. lol

  • Funny how all the chinese students at my school look like they're still in high school.

  • @DangerousNewb Asian people, unlike Western, have a younger look.

  • @MixMeAdrink

dats because they dont eat enough. Not surprised this is people from china were talking about

  • @DangerousNewb Not enough to eat??? Are you deaf? These students pay 40k+ every year for attend American university. Asian people eat a lot of vegetables that's why they're fit and look young. Unlike American who only food of choice is fatty and greasy fast-food.

  • universities like them because asian students inflate test scores / gpa averages of the entire school ! lol

  • Damn. these people are like flies... come to Brooklyn College

  • @amberled FIREFLIES!!! lol or Long Island University, Brooklyn

  • dnt worry we Americans arent racist>> LOL

  • sure american students can't calculate the square route of 2984321041 in their heads, but at least they can come up with an abstract look at a novel like animal farm.

  • @framk20SH I am Asian and I can come up with abstract interpretations of animal farm. I don't know where you got your facts from, but verify it before you make an ass of yourself.

  • Man, we Americans have so many opportunities in life...and we waste it all - partying, doing drugs, etc. *sigh*

  • China is going to take over America not with bombs not with guns but with brain power the one thing America seems to lack....

  • White Americans can know longer compete with other nations, the playing field is being leveled. But don't be mad at the Chinese and the Mexicans thank your govt and elected officals they sold you out.

  • Asian are only smart because they have very strict schools. and fathers and mother show discipline to their kids we westerns just like our kids do anything.

  • @DemonicGemini so?

  • @vivspring so thats why Easterner are smart and westerners are dumb

  • now even American specialists will have the label Made In China rofl

  • for every ten...how many spies

  • It's fucked up that exploiting college students is such a lucrative business for universities. Quality education should be open to anyone, at a low cost.

  • @WinkyMaeve Lol, you're an ASS.

  • @DizzyDior12 2040 there will be two mexico's, one in south america, and one in the north.

    does that not bother you??

what do you think mexicans would do if white people started showing up in the millions?? trying to change the ethnic character of Mexico?

yeah, they would be fucking killed.

get out of here with your PC shit

  • @WinkyMaeve NO, it doesn't bother me. People are people. The fact that someone was born in Mexico or China doesn't mean I harbor built in ill-will for them. YOU get out of here. Psycho, lol.

  • @WinkyMaeve The world is becoming a small place...does it really matter to you if people that have different features and skin colour come to your country? I mean come on, white people have been moving to other parts of the world since the 15th 16th century? Probably earlier but i mean in masses. So don't talk to me about your 'mexican shit' Texas was actually owned by Mexico anyway but your 'people' wanted to expand and viola.

  • @WinkyMaeve Your nation was build by immigration.

  • @WinkyMaeve

Lol, not only was your nation built by immigrants, your ancestors are immigrants who stole land from another people. History is repeating it self, because now isn't being taken from you....i love karma

  • Ha ha, there are quite a lot of Chinese and Indians that go to Purdue. Over half my instructors and TA are of those ethic backgrounds.

  • Great, just as long as mostly asian females come over.

  • Prepare to see Racist/ Nationalities comments in 3, 2, 1!! :D

  • @Don1772 Fuck You...

  • Comment removed

  • @balherrera get used to it, this country belongs to them

  • We need Chinese brain power because the youth here are stupid beyond belief. Most of the universities here have low graduation rates and are mostly party destinations.

  • @Solaris2291 I wouldn't say American youth is stupid. Chinese people are smart because their teachers force them to do work everyday. But Chinese youth is far less creative than American youth. Most Nobel prizes are honored to Europeans and Americans.

  • @tianyulu

Nobel prize is useless. They give it to a man who started a war, and has ordered the assassination of dozens, including his own citizens, they give it to the nation that is known to imprison child soldiers. While at the same time, they fail to ever mention Gandhi at all, or recognize his non violent achievements. The Nobel peace prize can be given to the dead, so why do they give it to Gandhi

  • @Solaris2291 speak for yourself, I handle my shit..'We need Chinese brain power because the youth here are stupid beyond belief. '

  • @Solaris2291 I've heard it said that the typical modern university is a place where the lights are on but no one's home.

  • @MrSpemat

    one is too many.
