I have been flying for 25 years and all I have to say is that was a very well done splash and dash at that! There was no need to use multiple burners... he was using many short blasts with 1 burner to keep the balloon under control.

I would not call that a well done splash and dash. The wind was slow enough that he could have made ripples in the water but not gotten his passengers shoes wet. I find that when flying passengers, you get better tips when their feet are dry.
