  • @ZohaibAhmad41 lol marley marl* and thats actually a better list than the other one, except id put large pro ahead of q-tip

  • @CCooke3 Thanks, Yeh Marley Marl because of what he did in terms of a production standpoint........he was the first to sample the breakbeats particularly from James Brown n every1 else started copying him, otherwise I would have Premo @ no1 based on his the sound of his beats

    +

    No I.D.

    J Dilla

    Lord Finesse

  • @FINbball rza n pete ahead of preme????????

  • @iceill3425 It varies a bit. That's not the definitive order. Some days it's RZA somedays it's Premo, somedays Buckwild and somedays Dilla. you know how it goes

  • @FINbball RZA, really?

  • @blackworldonline well he's only the greatest ever...

  • @FINbball overrated producer of all time. dude killed all the wu tang artist's career.

  • @blackworldonline RZA is WU-Tang's leader..

  • @rusroyce i know, he makes their beats. i'm not going to say all his works are outrightly garbage but a bunch of em are. i listen to wu tang at work all the time, RZA's beat depresses me but them dudes lyrics is what got me listen to their joint all the time. inspectah deck would've been the greatest wu tang artist but RZA messed it up for him. the only reason people think method man is the best in wu is because, he used other people's beat most of the times.

  • @blackworldonline I know exactly what you mean my friend, RZA's production isn't top notch, but it's his dedication that stands out. At the same time, Inspectah Deck or Method Man or Raekwon are nowhere in the same league as Nas, Jay-Z or Biggie, therefore I wouldn't neccessarily expect their solo careers to explode either way. On the general note, just keep on listening to any real Hip-Hop.

  • @rusroyce word. u can drop by in my channel to listen to my beat. peace

  • jeezus christ premo!

  • always thought someone should make track out of that intro beat

  • Crazy, ill, silly, stupid, fresh, dope courtesy of the one and only DJ Premier...

  • nahh the death of Hip-Hop was the ignorance of people

  • @phoenixfade The death of Hip-Hop was when all the original influences of the genre passed, long live all our up n coming lyricists.

  • 1. Premo

    2. Pete Rock

    3. Dilla

    4.Rza

    5. Dre

  • @asj12 9th wonder?

  • @GoGetter18 I would have him at 6 in my top 10. I had to go off influence in making a case for dre at 5. ill take 9th beats over dre but the case i made for dre was his influence in hip hop since his early days in N.W.A. I was looking at all aspects of their styles.

  • @asj12 i got u!

  • @asj12 dre is better than rza sorry son

  • @asj12 everything is good but not dre 5... its 1000.dre not 5.dre! :D

    2. DJ Premier (the TRUE greatest producer)

    3. Pete Rock

    4. Madlib

    5. RZA

  • @bubbadude117 no ALC? wacccck lol

  • @DLcKxFTR Alchemist is cool but him and 9th are too repetitive

  • @bubbadude117 repetitive? trippin, maybe to the untrained ear. if anything you could say that madlib and rza are repetitive because they always use the same riffs and bpm. but, we both know that's not the case.

  • @DLcKxFTR Madlib/RZA > Alchemist anyday. ALC is a GOOD producer. He's never released anything that's really wowed me. Like I listen to his shit and then I listen to another rapper and swear that I just heard that. That's not a good thing. Same thing goes with 9th Wonder he uses the same samples over and over

  • @bubbadude117 no doubt, but ALC's keys to the city, some of the joints he did for Evidence of dilated peoples and Mobb deep. all that shit was ill. 9 th wonder and special fruit project got some ill shit too. but u can have your own opinion

  • @DLcKxFTR Hell yeah I been bumpin Strange Fruit for like a week now, thought I was the only dude that was into them lol. But you're right about ALC does have some pretty sick beats. Part of the reason he's not on my top 5 is because I don't have a huge thing for him. I would still classify him top 20 all time though

  • @bubbadude117 I would also say DJ Jazzy Jeff, Stoupe The Enemy of Mankind, Hi-Tek, Havoc, and Marley Marl are better than the Alchemist. It is what it is bruh

  • c est quoi le sample des 15 premieres secondes

  • who is this dumbass putting pete rock below 9th wonder and alchemist...u fucking retarded or something?

  • for all the instrumental heads i got a brand new premo joint on my page 2011, it's hot. one

i might be missing people but dont sleep on jay- dee he reinvented hip hop after primo created the golden era, way more innovative than 9th.

  • @Shadapaga J DILLA CHANGED MY LIFE

  • TOTAL NOSTALGIA!!!! BRING THIS SHIT BACK!!

  • this is song is on the opening credits of bullet

  • Cant describe how I feel when I hear this classic. DOPE!

  • The intro is a remix of Isaac Hayes - One Woman, it isn't obvious but you can tell at around 0:53 of the track if you search it on here

  • Comment removed

  • what is the intro called?

  • 1. DJ Premier

    2. 9th Wonder

    3. Jay Dee

    4. Alchemist

    5. Pete Rock

  • @saleeesrbija Terminator X too. Valley of the Jeep Beats. Classic.

  • @saleeesrbija REAL HIP HOP!!!!

  • @saleeesrbija gotaa throw rza in there somewhere

  • @saleeesrbija How the fuck do you put 9th Wonder above J dilla, alchemist and pete rock. You must be 14 years old or something, that's a joke. 9th chops samples in fruity loops, j dilla, alchemist and pete all had to dig in records and then chop their samples with an mpc, the old school way. Straight raw shit; 9th is nice, but putting him above those 3 is an insult.

  • @prodigee411 And? Just cause a producer uses Fruity Loops don't mean he/she can't make dope ass records. It ain't the machine, it's the person behind the machine

  • @saleeesrbija and where do you live nick wiz and large professor

  • @saleeesrbija trade #3 for Stoupe and I think you nailed it

  • @saleeesrbija - SAY WORD..

  • @saleeesrbija brate stavi pete rock na drugo mesto.

  • @MrNajjk wat je zegt Dude!

  • @saleeesrbija You Forgot Delic

  • @saleeesrbija dude... dilla deserves to be on the top. but yeah those are the holy trinity of hiphop producers

  • @saleeesrbija good top five list but jay dee is definetely in the two spot. its just the plain facts.

  • @saleeesrbija i would put pete rock 3rd and rza and kanye need to be on the list

  • @saleeesrbija Pete Rock > 9th wonder & Alchemist

  • @saleeesrbija where is dr. dre, charles hamilton, tmbaland, neptunes, mannie fresh.
