Yes, u do need to connect to the router and all that shit, unless u have someone around u with the router (neighbours). However, most likely, u will still need a password to connect.

@acow3 you're wireless router may not be compatble with your ps3(this has happened before) or it may not be wireless at all and you'd need to plug it in with a ethernet cable from the router,into the back of your ps3

And tell them what your internets called and tell them your regular password. Then they will change it and then you just follow the steps on this vid and then you have internet =D
