This is one of the best books I have ever read ... I wish they would re-publish this, and put it out in e-book or Kindle format. Please read this book, it will blow your mind.
This is one of our most serious problems=language as a tool of confusion. The solution is to always define your terms, so that we always know "what we are talking about", literally..

@drkthms1 It was published in 1985 and i am sure you can still buy it. I am from Holland and bought the dutch translation from 1998 three months ago
