Neptunes beats are heavier on the beats, with less instrumental sounds, and more of a studio feel(I gotcha by Lupe Fiasco for exmaple, or their latest NERD song). Whereas Nujabes's songs are mainly formed by instrumentals, giving it a more of a jazzy tune. I listen to both quite a lot, and there is a distinct difference between them, when you listen to them properly.
