Sure it's possible but you'd have to be careful about the Yeti (sensitive condenser mic) picking up the audio coming out of the speakers. As you can hear on my demo, I was able to hear music out of the speakers with out mic picking up enough to create problems. Day to day though, I plug in some ear buds into the bottom of my Yeti. Then my set up is as described in my previous message.
I monitor through a pair of ear buds or headphone. I set my laptop's default playback device to Line 1. Then I do three repeaters. First is Line 1 to Line 2 (Line 2 becomes my input into Vidblaster, Xsplit or what ever software I'm streaming with). Second Line 1 to Yeti Headphone jack (or perhaps in your case to Speaker output on PC with headphones plugged in there) and Third Yeti Microphone to Line 2. I can control my mic output on the yeti and PC audio on that software's volume control.
