I live in Sweden, here the maximum speed is restricted on some vehicles so that 15yr old kids can drive them, and others go only 30 wich you can drive without any licens.
Of course there are faster ones too, for adults.. :) This one is my daughters.. (15yr old)

Very nice video man but in which country u r living that this scooter is allowed to drive only in 45KM/H? It's bad!

Yeah but it´s a moped that´s only allowed to go 45km/h..
There are motorcykles that are much faster.. :)
