@pennstateyo It was Glenn and Jesper who played guitars on Whoracle and Jester Race. Bjorn played drums up until Colony. In better news, Jesper is forming a band with Glenn called The Resistance with Marco Aro (ex The Haunted vocalist). I expect good things :)

@pennstateyo It was Glenn and Jesper who played guitars on Whoracle and Jester Race. Bjorn played drums up until Colony. In better news, Jesper is forming a band with Glenn called The Resistance with Marco Aro (ex The Haunted vocalist). I expect good things :)

@pspvampire I have every album. Jesters Dance, man made God, and Diologue w the stars are the best of those and also quite possibly the single greatest metal songs ever made for this genre. Jesper and bjorn were a match made by God. Jesper R.I.P. (Return Immediately Please)

beeing commercial means that people face success. well, in flames beeing so fucking good at whatever they are doing actually IS supposed to be commercial, they're so good, it means more people are going to like them. and i have no problem with the popheads listenning to metal, music depends on your taste, you might lady gaga and dimmu borgir, noone can blame you for doing so, even though it ain't so normal.

I mean I may have a different perspective on what it takes to be considered a real fan than you and I respect how you view that. And I understand where you're coming from with the whole as long as its by that band thing. Arch Enemy,Dark Tranquillity and In Flames 2 me are the best Melodic death Metal bands out there....then id have 2 say Children Of Bodom,and Amon Amarth....but lets not forget about At The Gates....Soilwork arent 2 bad either....MeloDeath is one of the best Genres in Music!!!....
