@Sk8erkid4life1000 Adobe After Effects, costs around $600 dollars, not including the many plugins and extras you can buy along with it.... So unless you're really into video-making or effects, I don't advise buying it.

ehhhh...filters can never beat higher exposure with with more contrast and strategically placed source lights. its more disorientating for the audience if thats what you want during a night scene and in my opinion more creative
