Even tho i hate Michigan..I have respect for the program and Bo...The 10 year war between Woody and Bo. The College Football Nation lost two great men when Woody and Bo left us...Rest in peace you great men.
I attended the memorial in 2006 and it made me proud to be a lifelong Michigan fan and alumnus. I watched it because I wanted to hear the story about Carr almost becoming the Defensive Coordinator of Notre Dame.
I will never forget this day. Bright and sunny but so cold. so many people there, young, old, students, people in wheelchairs... my daughter, then a toddler, playing in the stands and all the alumni singing, cheering, crying... a testament to the man's life and to all of our lives.
