@Voijinzo actually no...the ref just needs to wait till all the players are in their side of the field, it doesn't matter if the goalkeeper is under the goal or not, when that happens he start the match

I know how the rules are. Still, the referee was not forced to restart the match the very moment that all players were in their own half. He could've waited for 10-15 seconds to let the keeper get back.

He didn't, which was a stupid move, even if it was allowed.
