I'm working on the bread thing. I, by the grace of God, will never eat wheat again. It's what got my joints into this inflamed and painful state. I did make a pretty good green chili bread/soft cracker the other day. I added ground dried green chili and fresh basil from my garden to a plain flax cracker recipe. Hot, spicy, and satisfying!! Not regular bread, but good anyway. Next time I'll add an onion! Cheers! Love your joints and forget the old bread.
Have you tried sleeping with a guard? I have some sleeping teeth grinders in my life and they had to get sleep guards. You have to get the kind you can't spit out in your sleep though.
You are the first one ever to get this recipe because it's of my own making. I call it Misty's chunky guacamole. I use two avocados and cut it up to be chunky, two tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, red onion, you can also add olives, mushrooms, or whatever veggie you like and then I put sea salt and cracked pepper and my secret ingredient a tablespoon of ground sage if you can't find sage, tyme works well too. This works well with raw crackers, salads, or just to pick it up with a spoon and eat it
Bunny...you're hilarious. Have you heard about the famous "onion bread"? It is from Matt Amsden's book RAWVOLUTION. There are many variations on it that you can find on raw recipe websites. I made it with chia seeds instead of flax and it was VERY delicious and satisfying! It is more of a cracker consistency than a bread, but very, very tasty.
