No, OP Grand Battle for PS2 is actually GB 4. It was released after GB 3. But Bandai didn't add the number 4 on the game title. And since then they never add any number. The next game was titled "Grand Battle! Rush".

GB 1 and 2 were on PS1. Grand Battle 3 made PS2 as well as the motherfucking GameCube. THEN came Grand Battle! Rush.

Are you never played OP GB for PS2? (Which actually the 4th GB game that mentioned by dbznaruto) That GB was released in English version Only. Slightly, this 4th game looks alike the 3rd (which released in Japanese ver.). But, there are some significant different between them. Check on some sites like gamefaqs or gamespot & you'll see.

Gamefaqs lists only two One Piece games on the PS1.

Bandai of Japan only lists GameCube and PS2 as the only platforms which Grand Battle 3 is available on.

Grand Battle Rush was the 4th game but wasn't too different from 3.

Also you're not too specific on whether or not the game you're referring to is the Japanese or US release that's the 4th game.

Actually, I was going to use Zoro for it, but the game wouldn't work when I did Tashigi vs. Zoro, so I just used Robin.

This is like, the second time I've gotten a comment where someone gets all angry for using a specific character. Jeez.
