I use wagtail products with few exceptions. It is three years since this video has been made. The pads have been improved. The attacment of the pads is done with velcro. There are three different types of Wagtails that are better than the one in this video. The slim line, whirlwind, one pass(best for inside work) and the combi or swoop. The combi and the one pass are my personal favorites. Very effective and faster.
i suppose its ok when the weather is cool and the windows are just covered in light dirt .... weekly monthly jobs... but for twice three yearly jobs the best is a normal washer
@Aglassact77 I slipped yesterday and fell full weight on my Wagtail Whirlwind - I'm not light by any means and pushed it completely into the customers muddy lawn. I thought it would have broken but hey, with a rinse it's fine! Tougher than it looks!

I use my wagtail 18" Orbital on basically every job I do- it makes fanning so easy. No so impressed with their washer-wiper though..

Wagtails are pretty flimsy for full-time work, but when you need them for weird applications, they come in handy.

Like what you are doing with the reviews. Agree that flipper pad best on regular store front work. Great tool and nice balanced review.
