@Theitisme400 well is famine in there, that'd be my guess, climate change/mosquitos kill more people than war, etc..and WE are not overpopulated by the way, they use the birth rate model, the list of at risk countries from a couple weeks i posted in my comments a couple weeks ago from end of 2nd qtr. if you feel like thinking too hard, knock yourself out, lemme know how it compares

You gotta love the picture they use in this report of the World map covered in binary code with an impact site in Western Africa that ripples outward. Interesting fact here is that the last population figures (2005) for the region are 1,000,010,000. (Wikipedia - West Africa) Converting the binary data to hex (hex = code used in computers) and then ord numbers we get 1020 (Oct 20th?)

@2minstral - West Africa is also a bird migration destination where H5N1 (Avian Flu) has been detected and by the OIE, the place most likely for contagion from bird to man. @2minstral - Actually, I meant octal, not hexidecimal, but if it was hex, the numbers work out to 210. Either way the numbers could be interpreted as a date 2nd October in Hex and October 20th in octal.
