If you're trying to ACTUALLY learn about what ISO means and what it's used for, try one of the other videos. This one is horrible...HORRIBLE. Expert village is useless.
@arielrazhid Well basically, a lower ISO creates a better quality image, but more light is needed to produce that image. For example, if you were shooting at nighttime, you would use a much higher ISO because less light is needed to produce and image. But on the down side, the image will be of much poorer quality in terms of resolution and grainy-ness.
