Iv ice fished a couple time before but all the spots I go to are far away in northern pa. Iv been looking for a good spot closer to home (southeastern PA), is this a good spot, where on the lake should i fish if its good, and what should i use?
@yellowcreekice a few twists and they are out..............thanks for watching................hopefully I'll get my hands on a showdown troller for this season
I like it.......first shelter I have ever purchased........the kids love it ( 6 and 5 years old)
simple enough to put up and take down by yourself.........I have 2 horrible shoulders and it takes a minute of two more, but a solo person should be able to get the shelter up in under 3 minutes and down in the same amount of time...the only problem is when the wind is kicking---it is sturdy once up and anchored.....but a pain in the keester when the wind is really ripping........one side at a time
I can tell you the lakes !! But it'll cost ya for the spots and lures !!!
That is how I make my money !!!
Antietam Lake is a great lake for trout and panfish--smaller gills and perch
Scotts Run Lake gets stocked with trout
Deep Creek Lake is another fun lake to fish, plenty of bass, crappie and trout
and the best near me: Ontelaunee Lake it pretty much has it all, minus trout--although every now and then somebody lands a trout through the ice.....
