  • All ah oonu weh did a advocate fi PNP need fi go jump offa one cliff!!! Oonu waan knock di JLP cause Eddie stop free education 18 years ago? It's been 18 years an' PJ an' him fren dem neva reinstate it. In fact, dem tek 30 million dolla whe dem coulda did use fi help finance such a cause an' tek it shub inna dem pocket.

  • u laborites sure are something else....u dont want people to discuss the JLP's previous mismanagement of the country's affairs but yet u all are very quick to find fault with the PNP... The bottom line is, it's not a party thing, is the team of ppl who are best suited to make Jamaica a better place so Learn to call a spade, a spade... the JLP did cut out free tertiary education... which was wrong on their part, whether or not PNP reinstate it, is quite irrelevant at this point...

  • Hello? When parents AS A CONSEQUENCE, also cease to pay Development Fees, what will School Boards decide in terms of its offerings? How will that impact on tertiary level education requirements?

AN ADDENDUM is the promise of free health care - Which country in the world presently accommodates free health care?

  • yout jamaica already had free education up to the TERITARY LEVEL under manley it was JLP and SEAGA who got rid of that!

  • Very true, just like how he cut back on levies in selling bauxite to the Americans.

  • A ppl like unnuh mi rate bcuz unnuh talk the truth. UWI fees did free, free, free. JLP and Seaga cut it out now unnuh a come talk bout free to secondary? Been there, done that!

Put unnuh X beside the HEAD.

  • That was a excellent video. When I heard the proposal for free education, I questioned it. How can Jamaica afford free education, when it couldn't before? where will that money coming from? I agree with your point of sacrifice, but the question still reminds.

  • I think that your question should be: How can Jamaica NOT afford free education. At a time when we are living in a global market, how can Jamaica expect to compete with other countries that place a premium on education? The truth is, they can't. Education is a basic right, not a privilege.

  • Jamaica is home, thats just the way it is. I will do my part to ensure progress thats why I am supporting the Labour Party.... and QuestionSign, you should do the same.

  • Hi RuffWayne, I am from Florida. I want to say that I admire your dedication. From what little I know, the Labour Party seems like an excellent party to be under. Keep up the great work.

  • I live in Jamaica. But that is not relevant. Even those who live outside of Jamaica are still Jamaicans. You see, we embrace the diaspora when it is convenient, when we want the diaspora to send remmitance, and invest money in the economy, or when we go and get them to come and play football. So we should be prepared to listen if they contribute to the dialouge. Jamaica is their birthright too.

  • how many ppl here responding to this ad actually ive in jamaica?

  • Excellent video. As Mr Golding says "We cannot afford NOT to afford free education". It must be said that this government has been in power for 26 out of the last 35 years. The have borrowed unrestrainedly over the years. If they had put funds into education as the lenders meant them to, our people would be some of the most well educated in the world.

  • The concept of "Free Education" is a misnomer. The education system and other institutions are funded by tax dollars. The money that gets wested in all the countless scandals that has be perpertrated on the jamaica people by many of the same candidates now seeking office could have funded education many times over.

  • RuffWayne the thing is if they used that money they wasted on Netserv,Cricket World Cup among other things and invested in the education, heath and its people. Jamaica would have been much more better.

18YRS is more than enough chance to do something.

PNP got theres now its time for the JLP to show us what they can do.
