  • 98% of what he says are lies.

  • I would like to see Joel Skousen step up

  • @Origin305 The Skousens are some of the finest people under the heavens. I greatly admire that family and the Kimbers too. You should check out the Thomas Jefferson Center for Learning. It's where I got my constitution training and from Glenn Kimber who is Cleon Skousen's son-in-law. A great guy.

  • @SeraphimTheApologist Oh, I completely agree with you

  • As soon as this video hits 300 views I will put up the next part. I just want to be 100% sure people want to see it.

  • Where is the rest of the video? He stated he was the author of the patriot act and really would love to watch that again.

  • @mormonmamma I will probably post more of it in the next week or two. Right now my viewership is dropping so I am trying to figure out why and what people want to see. In the past when I have posted videos of politicians they haven't done that well so I wanted to sort of test the water and see if there's any actual demand. Did you see my latest video on the Rupert Murdoch Scandal? What did you think?

  • Hatch is super misled.

  • @Origin305 It will be interesting to see if anyone steps up the challenge him. This could be an interesting race to be sure. Do you have anyone you would like to see step up?

  • Who cares about hearing lies, anyway? He promised to never stay in office as long as Moss did.

  • @AllNaturalSheaButter Have you determined who you're supporting for the Senate then? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

  • He is hard to hear.

  • @omiolo I know, I tried really hard to fix the sound but the camera was just too far away. I'm so sorry. I'm hoping to do Candidate Interviews for this cycle too. Would be awesome if he would grant us an interview.

  • @SeraphimTheApologist I really like Chaffetz, but I don't want to see him replace Orrin Hatch, instead he should replace the governor.

  • @omiolo

Mike Lee is the best one here. Chaffetz supported the patriot act. Which I am totally against.

  • @Origin305 Mike Lee is awesome! I actually got to interview him once. I hope to get to do that again soon, he gave a great interview. I am also opposed to the patriot act. IMO the founders knew what they were doing with the framework they gave us. They were facing security threats too, they were fighting the greatest army the world had ever seen at that point for crying out loud, lol. By the way, I'd love your thoughts on the video I did on the Rupert Murdoch "scandal". Where'd I go wrong?

  • @Origin305 Chaffetz seems to be against many of the provisions of the patriot act that are the most bothersome.

  • @omiolo A lot of Republicans are backing away from the Patriot Act. I am grateful for that. Being willing to admit that bill was a grievous error and infringement on personal liberty is a huge step in the right direction.

  • @SeraphimTheApologist "infringement on personal liberty"

that might be the real legacy of 9/11, no more personal liberty.

  • @omiolo I believe that is the core problem we are facing today. By increased security and increased entitlement programs, and increased regulations and both parties have been guilty of it. It's why I got into politics even though it drives me nuts, I figure if we can at least win the fiscal battle we can start to turn things around. Part of that is showing to people how the policies affect them directly. Speaking of which did you see my new video on inflation? What did you think?

  • @SeraphimTheApologist "I figure if we can at least win the fiscal battle"

I think that if you cut the gov'ts financial pockets, they won't have the money to force us into a police state.

  • @omiolo My thoughts exactly my friend ^-^

  • @omiolo The governor battle is going to be a very interesting one in the next cycle. There's a rumor that Jim Matheson may challenge Herbert from the left. A lot of people are upset at how HB116 and HB 477 were handled, it will be fascinating to see how the elections turn out next cycle. So far, though, no one has officially announced any challenges to Hatch.

  • @SeraphimTheApologist Do you think Matheson will? He has a stable position there.

  • @omiolo I think Morgan took a pretty good sized bite out of Matheson's comfort level in congress. Matheson has expressed interest in running for governor or Senate since then. If Morgan were to go for round 2 in CD 2 he could deliver the knockout blow, so Matheson might be looking for Vulnerable Republicans to go after and get a promotion He may see Herbert and Hatch as being under fire from the Conservative, Libertarian and Constitutionalist as well as Tea Party wings of the GOP & vulnerable.
