@knobz2 It is one of the most critically acclaimed games on last generation...Its one of those games that you cant really tell if its good or not by watching gameplay, you just have to play it. The story is epic as hell and the gameplay is really fun once you get use to it.

The numbers on the screen are just different styles you choose from. Otherwise it's much like Dynasty Warriors where you form combos and the like.

That is correct. The combat is not like KOTOR where it's relatively automated.

Left click is a normal, quick attack

Right click is a power attack that breaks shield

Left+Right is an AoE attack.

Well... You do, the numbers on the bottom are different styles you can switch to and after you can just click/bash buttons for attacks/dodges/blocks etc.

I played the game and you do kinda have a hand in combat, it's rather basic but you are controlling them rather than telling them to attack someone and mashing a spell button to watch them auto target an enemy. I like being able to rely on my skill as a player to get me through the tough fights and have a chance to win outclassed fights if I'm capable enough as a player.

Yes, there are several styles to vary the combats. You can use Martial (punches, kicks and the like) Support (which hinder your opponent), Weapon, Magic and Transformation (turns you into a Animal Demon), so there's enough variety.

But no, there are no armors or different costumes in the game, so you'll always look the same from start to finish. Which is not so bad, since all characters look really cool anyway.

Never Mind Ive been playing the PC version and have found that is has alot more content than the 360 version. With the Physics drive in the 360. My computer does not have the AGEIA PhysiX card yet but I am getting it its only around $180 it will go great with my Nvidia 8800.. Oh and im about 20 hours in. I keep getting sidetracted with side quests lol!
