  • what's with the white smoke?

  • Check out those first year graphics! That car must be like totally original. Probably a mid-mileage original engine with a worn out everything. Including all the chassis rubber, and shocks. Time for the 20K overhaul, but worth it!

  • valve seats worn? A little too smokey. Sounds fantastic though!

  • Piękne.

  • Porsche is one of the few companies that really thinks about the what would they what to drive, and they deliver.

  • Fuchs rims <33333

  • need to replace : piston rings and / or turbo. otherwise - i'm a jealous man!

  • mmmh yeah, blue smoke means oil in the exhaust, maybe bad news for the turbo

  • Comment removed

  • Why are there fumes coming out of the exhaust every time you accelerate?

  • and the best part is it doesn't cost a fortune

  • @hendrixexperiencedig waite is that sarcasm or did you just give me hope for habing this car in the future?

  • @wilt778

of course not a sarcasm, you can get a good one of these for less than $40.000

  • @hendrixexperiencedig you can get mine for close to half that!

  • blue smoke:-(

  • Thumbs up if you hate audi r8

  • Classic Porsche 6 flat engine sound

  • classic porsche 6 in-line sound

  • blimey you are so rich in Poland...must beall that EU money you got!

  • świetne!! oby więcej tego typu klasyków u Nas w kraju!

  • amazing...

does the turbo spitting out flames when you drive with a too high rpm?

    thx for sharing mate

  • this is the 3.0 or 3.3 version?

  • I see some of the door graphics are missing. Any idea where to get those graphics?

  • I love when the car "Squats" when you accelerate hard... only in a Beautiful 930 like that :) (Minus the Blue smoke)

  • Rings or valve guides are a little worn I think.

  • Yea, that thing's burning some serious oil. Better keep some extra handy.

  • @doubletap85 OIL IS CHEAP. DRIVE 1T.

  • only word, magnificent!!!

  • I have kept mine over the years because I simply think its a hot vehicle and for the $, its just not worth replacing with a new one. Mine is a Holcomb 1.2BAR. Does not leak, no bue smoke when pushed etc. 18,000 miles. Mine is a 1980. The abve one is older and obviously modified. Nice 930. Real nice. Thanks for sharring.

  • I have a Black 1988 Porsche 930. I agree with MolossianZagori.... I too was the only kid that wanted this car. Now I have one. Yes they leak. They burn oil (mine doesn't yet) but that is the nature of this car. All oil cooled. NO rad... NO antifreeze. 12 litres of oil in this machine. So yeah... they leak.... they smoke. My car is almost 19 years old! I wouldn't worry about blue smoke. Big deal. They are old cars with classic lines and a legendary FLAG SHIP image that is unmistakably PORSCHE.

  • Most beautiful Porsche ever made...!

Just a bit 2 much blue smoke ;)

  • Despite the blue smoke, still looks pretty nippy (quick) - did you overfill the oil? (I understand that those Dry Sumps can be tricky.)

  • blue smoke :-s

  • and its the typical oil burner lol

  • its too quiet!

  • Oh, and if you don't agree. Just look at what the Porsche 959 did in the '80's!!!

  • When I was growing up, I was the only person that I knew that LOVED Porsches. Simply because I was AMAZED and appreciated how Porsche could produce so much power from a flat-6 engine! This is the same reason I love 2-stroke engines. After 30 yrs, other manufactures are producing the same power from 6 cylinder engines.

    Porsche, untouchable!

  • I love that sound. good vid

  • yeah !!!!!!! is a PORSCHE !!!!! TURBO SOUND !

  • The best car ever made !

  • I love 930

  • I love the catch at 3:23. A spin there would be game over for that car :P

  • At 0:28, looking at the rear spoiler, I don't see where the provision is for the intercooler(which would be sticking out), unless this is a 76-77 version. And I don't hear that "chirping" that a Turbo makes.

    Just an observation.

  • Yup, seems like an early 3.0 with no intercooler. 260 hp standard

  • as everyone that now it is a 3.0 turbo 75-77 and that version did not have intercooler!

  • I love the 930 sound! There's nothing like it!!
