How sad Calvin retired from singing! I think he had a very decent voice, very appropriate for electronic/a music, which of course is a music that is open to interpretation and so why should the vocals be standard perfection? However, this was one of the best videos ever! It was nice to see so many young folks in the audience having such a great time. And I will probably watch this video millions of times!! Thank God for you Calvin Harris!!!

I think Calvin hates singing live. No wonder he twittered about Creamfields being his last gig with a live band. He's a Producer with a captial P who is singing with a lowercase s. Guess the "singing"/"band" aspect of "Calvin" was part and parcel of the stipulations in his record deal, I suppose. I remember in an interview he said he much rather Wouldn't sing if chosen to.

i definitely see this alot since i work for music festivals and they all disappoint when they are live

firstly, they are drunk and it ruins their voice

secondly, the quality of the microphone and sound system distorts the voice quality plus they are not inside the studio with sounds being enclosed hence the sounds would sound better - but since its live - and sounds disperse far and wide, quality of the live performance is never lived up to its full potential !
