  • Why are the brits hated throughout the world and even the SCOTS except the huns hate them.Do Scots call themselves Scots and not brits? Is it true that Huns descended from traitors? Did Cromwells army rape women and children and men before murdering them. Did their queen Vic give £5 for the Irish famine relief?

  • @Seanmcdhuibhne You cant judge history by modern values, the Irish got what any people got in those days if they supported the wrong (losing) side. Can you believe it the irish supported the King!!!

  • class song

  • brits out

    fuck the queen

Can people learn some history. There has never been an English Empire it was an Empire of Great Britain. You people comment from a viewpoint of such histrorical ignorance!

  • @davmccorm you say tomatoe i say fuck you:)splittin hairs m8 historical ignorance my arse!

  • @davmccorm get tae fuck scotland hates england n its only traitors to their country that joined the british empire

  • Please learn some history! It was not the English Empire it was the British Empire (God Bless). It was composed of English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish. Please can you Americans learn some history!

  • @davmccorm canada, most of africa the falklands and what about australia m8?read a book hi.

  • IRA=FREEDEOM FIGTERS

    32=1 WHOLE

    RIRA

  • go on the irsh!!!!

    good awld wolfe tones!

  • Each and every war has attrocities attached and the Ireland cause is no different to any other, but remember, the greedy English empire started it all. (what time is the next bus to the pub?)

  • @mecha1789 you clearly have the IRA confused with the terrorists who bombed a bus in london. Idiot

  • @DCFC91 Never call me an idiot. I am many things, and will take being called almost anything, however i will not take being called an idiot by someone who has never met me. and no, i am making no mistakes, and at no point did i mention london. The IRA HAVE bombed pubs and buses and several other targets surrounded by innocent civilians IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. and that is why i am disgusted by their methods, because they are morally WRONG!

  • Comment removed

  • @mecha1789 fair enough you're disgusted but the IRA are morally wrong ? 14 innocent men gunned down on the streets of thier city after attending an anti internment civil rights march, 11 innocent people MURDERED on the streets of ballymurphy for not complying in an army operation, Countless war crimes in Iraq, Argentina and Afghanistan which included the torture of detained civilians, plundering, pillaging and rape and you think the IRA are morally wrong ? load of bollocks

  • @DCFC91 and at no point did i say i condoned any of that either, if i'm going to be honest, there has yet to be any political party/group whatever, that i actually agree with the ideals of. what can i say, i'm a man full of hate.

  • @DCFC91 and gee i bet it was that all the cows and corn and wheat and other good food was also deseased by famine and not lifesaving nurreshment that would have saved thousands of people from starving to death during the famine. oh the english are just the model of morallity

  • @gmsm520 your reply tells me you are an uneducated child and therefore you do not deserve my time and effort to post a reply that will adress your point, you quite clearly know nothing so run along.

  • @DCFC91 uneducated huh? ok lets see how uneducated you are. can you give me one ligitimant reason for the coloization enslavement opression murder and degredation by the english to the irish people??

  • @gmsm520 Fail of epic proportions on your behalf. I'm an Irish NATIONALIST you know what that means ? if not i'm sure you know the basic principals of operating a search engine.

  • this song is called off to dublin in the green not the merry polughboy

  • tell the wolfetones that since they wrote it.

  • Ooooh you are a little touchy aren't you? The Irish flag is actually green, white and gold you tool! Turlymul, is that an anagram of mulletmincer?

  • yea my bad was in a bad mood lol nd is wat an anagram of mulletmincer?

  • No, unfortunately " wat " is not an anagram of mulletmincer.

    Try again!

  • wtf r u on about?

  • I'm prostestant and I sing this song,I sometimes sing on the 12th July

  • see protestants a religion the unionists and loyalists and of course the bastard brits are the bad guys lol

  • good on ye;)

  • i dont know about any one else but my flag is GREEN WHITE AND GOLD

  • Orange is part of our flag, nothing wrong with it.

  • why an orange backround lol

    fianna na hEireann

  • its gold ya toss bag

  • Orange I'm afraid old boy.

  • If you understood the origins of it you will realise that the green = republican, the orange = protestant tradition in some parts of ireland and the white = peace in the middle of it.. if you want get all picky over the orange on the flags then the red hand of ulster is of irish origin (i dont know why rangers fans fly that flag tbh) ohh and by the way before i forget. Its free derry =)

  • @TheGoWTorque Wasnt the red hand na fianna's symbol?

  • Orange form part of the tricolour.

  • its of to dublin in the green ??????

  • No it`s not....it`s call Merry Ploughboy

  • pure class

  • The best version I heard of this song was the by the Abbey Tavern Singers, made I think in 1965. Less pedestrian than the Wolfe Tones or the Dubliners versions. I'd love to hear it again.

  • Does anyone know if this is the same version that is on a cd set of 5 just called Ireland?

  • I finaly found this song, I've been looking for it for a while now.
