I think you start with the weak sword but then you get elemental swords and when you have them all they combine and become the mastersword & you can choose its elements or keep it netreul. Like the magic arrows in OoT

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA THE SPIRIT OF THE MASTER SWORD
i dont realy know what it will be about but probally the master sword getting a surse of something stupid i know zelda game are unpredictible
