  • Go Tribe Go

  • They brought this back??!!! Will they use this for the 2012 season?!!

  • WTAM uses this now

  • @daillpalla Oh really? For what shows?

  • Thank you for posting this, it is by far the best Indians promo ever created. They should bring this back to market to new audiences. Instead of the classic "we're talkin baseball, we're talkin tribe", it could be replaced to say things like "we're talkin fat chicks, we're talkin tribe". Same works for hermaphrodites, leprosy, or midgets.

Just something I have been milling around, I'll run it by Tom Hamilton.

  • Whoever disliked this needs to take one for the team.

  • Where's the sweaty guy playing the saxaphone?

  • They should bring this back now, I don't like the new stuff on the Indians radio network and STO, its just too generic to me, it doesn't stand out

  • go indians beat the rangers tonight

  • @KegSpize, yes you are correct I forgot they used the word "locally" in the spot for each different affiliate because thats who sponsored that affiliate broadcasting the Indians games on the radio in that specific area

  • I had no idea this was an actual full-length song. Awesome!

  • why don't they play this now? reminds me of jack corrigan and john saunders. this song reminds you of winning. plan and simple

  • Also play sans words on radio affiliates sponsor messages i.e. "Indians Baseball on 104.5 WQKT is brought to you by Smuckers...."

  • @SuperROLLTECH *brought to you locally by... Smuckers

  • My favorite part was when Corey was on RCF.

  • @Legend28x LOL. I still am.

  • ah this brings me back to 1995

  • damn, i miss hearing this. the sax solo at the end gets me every time :)

  • Are you sure this was fox sports? I think it was WUAB 43

  • @dmcdougal24 It was used on both.

  • @dmcdougal24 it is from 43 and ur hearing this from an almost 17 year old

  • @BKerve5894 Right that's what I'm saying. I think he's wrong

  • @dmcdougal24 i remember this it was mostley on 43 rarely on fsn

  • @dmcdougal24 It was first used for WUAB, then both. They always played it at Jacobs Field prior to the game. Better than the horrible "Lets Go Tribe" one they have now.

  • Oh yeah! Channel 43.

  • Coolest song ever

  • If I remember correctly it would be this song to end the broadcast and then some clip from the game and then the song "Welcome back my friends to the show that ever ends" would play for extra innings on WWWE/WTAM

  • Thank you for posting this! I've been looking for it for about four or five years now!

  • @solomonkim That's the exact reason I uploaded it, because I, too, could never find it.

  • @EvilChameleon09 If you had it though, why were you bothering to look for it on here :P

  • I'm sure they had the rights for this as this was used on the Cleveland Indians Radio network for years

  • Little Feat should sue. This is a ripoff of "Let It Roll"

  • I forgot to add this song was also used on WKNR 1220/The Indians radio network and on WWWE/WTAM for a while

  • Do you remember during the 1995 run that the MLB had something called "Baseball night in america and when the Indians beat Baltimore to win the AL central that Tom Hamilton was doing TV broadcast for "The Baseball Network" a rare occasion but due to the specialness of the game they used him that broadcast, I have that on tape somewhere

  • you mean WUAB channel 43(those were the days)

  • they also used this when the games were on Channel 4 UPN
