It will be on the new album, from what I've heard it has more of a dance beat though, no idea how it'll turn out, but this version should be on the bonus disc. It features Juanita (who you may remember from Little Speaker or Bruce Lee) trying to emulate this voice. Honestly I like the computer voice more. "Fitter Happier" this is not.

Oblivion Bells was great. Barking, on the other hand, doesn't sound too promising. ;/ See what happens though!
