@nightfox272 no idea, tried to help the guy. No money, destitute, jobless, etc then suddenly he's spending money fixing his bike from his hospital bed. So frustrated i washed my hands of the whole thing and haven't heard since.
this is great idea, People are always hitting and running when it come to bikers. Google earth is pretty up to date. I looked up my address and the picture was taken like 2 months ago of my house. If anything maybe this guy will get his karma and die a slow painful death from cancer.
Hi Sven, send me a link to the map of where I need to look, and I will give you a hand looking for the bastard, also send me any other details you have Make,Model etc
Excellent Ideas here, the best thing is publicity,it's a small world if your hiding something. Lets hope a youtuber lives local & makes a connection...Good work Sven ... & M !
I wonder if it'd be possible to get some kind of information from the Maryland DMV? Like a record of all registered Cherokee Laredo's in Maryland (or just the city)?
I just found out what needs to be done about the police:
NACOLE: National association for civilian oversight of law enforcement:
CALL: 1-866-462-2653 ... Have the officers name and address nearby, and you should be able to tell what exactly happened. Got this number from a friend who had similar problems, and they helped him pretty much, they also have a website. Like i said, i would do the call but i´m from oversea, so my telephone bill would be a bit too much heh..
I've posted a link to this and Mordeths videos on all the social networking and forums that I belong to. I called the police and gave them the case number and got put on hold for like 10 minutes. Fuckin pigs don't care about this.
it sounds like a good idea, but i dont know how old the pictures are. what if the guy was @church or something. in the end, it's like a 50/50 chance you will find him. anyway, i mailed the local newspaper. i would call the asshole cop but i'm a long way from the us and probably my accent would make me sound like a james bond villen

I'm game, Sven. Why don't you make us a forum topic about it? Set up a map zoomed out and set quadrants for each. I'm sure we have enough people on the forum with a good eye and some spare time. :D
It sounds like a great idea but im looking at the map now and i honestly cannot make out the majority of the cars, for all i know it could be a truck or a mini from the view im getting
surely all the local police need to do is type in make and model of vehicle in to database and be able to find resistered owners in that area. really hard to believe they are doing nothing whatsoever to catch this bastard!!

I emailed the newspaper earlier - does anyone in Maryland know how, most effectively, to get some political pressure going? I mean which mayor or senator might be of use?
if ya ask me the guy who hit him is prob some type of law enforcement... or the cops just hate bikers... both ways its bullshit.. but happens all the time.. even here in Canada.
It's a great idea. Only problem being that the MSN "Bird's Eye" view is rarely updated. I still see a car in my driveway that I got rid of over a year ago. Another good thing would be Google's "Street View" which gets you up and close. Only problem being that rural areas generally don't have it.
yh it is a gd idea. but like u said if he had his car parked on the drive. however it is a start to track him down and could work. are you gonna lob the map are up on ure site?
Hey sven, did they end up catching the person?

Google street view is a good idea, but is it current? It's been two years. It's probably too late anyhow. Sorry.

Most maps are from 2004-2005

Sven, we could divide the map up using tools on google earth. That way everyone's search area would be superimposed on the map.

True, but this combined with google maps, cominbed with whatever other ones are out there maybe we'll get lucky? It can't hurt.

You´re right. Just a thought: Maybe you could make a website where everyone can sign up, and you or somebody organize who is searching what!
