My family immigrated to the U.S. from St. Gallen in 1870, I wonder where they lived when there? And why did they leave?

I LOVE SANKT GALLEN!!!!! I went to Christmas midnight mass at the cathedral.... It was unbelievable. Fortunately, my in-laws live there, so I get to visit fairly often.

Did you get an Olmabrat? That's my favorite food to eat in Sankt Gallen!

Did you notice how CLEAN everything in Switzerland is???? Just amazing. If I could, I'd become a Swiss national in a heartbeat.

I agree. The Swiss would not put up with an unclean city. Unfortunately, they don't make it easy to become a citizen- I've checked.
